Located on the 7th floor of the quiet Top of the Gulf Resort, Salty Turtles® beachfront is remodeled and has one of the best views directly overlooking the beach and pools. It features custom pine shiplap walls throughout, marble-like countertops, and updated décor. It sleeps 4, has two comfortable queen beds, a full kitchen, ice maker, full bathroom, Keurig coffee bar, wireless internet with multiple USB charging ports throughout condo for work, school or study, cable TV/DVD player, walk-in closet for hanging/storage, luggage racks, and iron/ironing board. This condo has it all and is the perfect relaxing and affordable getaway for friends, couples, and small families! As a special "thanks" for booking Salty Turtles® Beachfront, a daily set of beach lounge chairs with umbrella (available March-October ~ $50/day value) is included during your stay at no additional charge.

The resort features (2) gulf front pools (one full size, deep pool + one toddler pool) with direct beach access, poolside snack bar, exercise room, internet lounge, laundry facilities, vending machines, shuffleboard, corn hole, BBQ picnic area, and game room with arcade and ping pong table.

It is conveniently located in walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment including Hershey's Beach Ice Cream Shop, Marcy's Pizza, Hammerhead Fred's, Pineapple Willy's, Alvin's Island, and Signal Hill Golf Course. A one-time $30 parking/amenity fee is required by the Resort to be paid upon arrival. We recommend purchasing travelers insurance upon booking.

This is an older property in a good location that has a variety of pluses and minuses. Not all issues mentioned are the responsibility of the VRBO host but reflect our experience. Upon arrival, every light flashed off as soon as switch flipped. Found breaker had very loose switch. Whole breaker panel looked quite old. The unit has nice views of pool and beach. Easy beach access. Beds were comfortable. Vinyl floor has multiple gouges and is in need of replacement or repair at a minimum. Kitchen area is very small but functional. Was hoping to do some grilling in pool area but all the grills were filthy. The 30 parking fee is pretty much a scam during off-season. The lot was nearly empty and I never saw any type of security presence. All the rental places do it. Our final night’s stay the central fire alarm sounded for no apparent reason so we evacuated until the FD gave the all clear. Hope this helps you make an informed decision.

Surprise birthday getaway to PCB
My husband and I decided this year that we would take our girls on a surprise beach trip just in time for our oldest’s 12th birthday & the start of their fall break from school. We were very happy to find that the condo is exactly as pictured in the listing, and it is even cuter in person! It was perfect for our little family of four for a weekend getaway. We didn’t do any cooking during our stay, but the kitchen was very nicely stocked with all the basics needed to cook a light meal. Pineapple Willy’s was one of the closest restaurants to us and was only a short drive around the corner, but honestly we could have walked up the beach to get there (almost) as quickly. TONS of souvenir/ beach shops within walking distance. Walmart almost right across the street. Pier Park also super close. Overall 10/10 for cleanliness and coziness, would absolutely bring my family to stay again!!

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo is close to several restaurants and ice cream. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The beach chair service started around 9 every morning. Incredible view from the room. We would stay here again.

good small studio condo on the beach. I would recommend washing the shower curtain and liner because it makes the bathroom smell really musty but other than that it was fine.

Great resort and location!
The check in process was very easy! The resort is in a perfect location with many bars, restaurants, and activities in short proximity. Condo felt clean and the view from the condo was amazing! Only negative thing I would say is that when cooking on the stove and cooking something in the microwave at the same time, it blew the breaker to the kitchen turning off the microwave and kitchen light. Otherwise, I would return and stay again!

We had a great time in PCB! The room was really cute and looked to be recently updated with the sliding barn doors. The view was beautiful but a balcony would have made it even better! There was a shared balcony which was nice as well. Checking in was easy, manager very nice and check in with us to make sure we were happy. Great location and close to everything. We’d love to stay here again sometime!
