It took about 30 minutes to get checked in. They checked my ID 4 times and finally found my reservations. Room was dirty and a lot of things broken, loose or didn’t work. Staff was rude,the bartender served an under age girl. And got caught. The pool is nasty. I don’t recommend this hotel to take your kids.

Our toilette did not work at all our entire night stay we had to leave room to use restroom in lobby. Was absolutely horrible! Im so angry we had to deal with that. It was just disgusting. Plus had to pay additional fee for resort feesnthey didnt tell you about when bookin online. I wouldnt of stayed there if i would of known.

Roaches were in our bedroom and tv remote to both tv didn’t work bathroom looked run down and elevator got stuck on us 3 times and was super slow and no air conditioning that you’d break out in a sweat before you got off it. & no parking spot that we had park somewhere else and walk awhole 8 minutes to get to the hotel..

Don’t Go EVER!!
Says check in at 4pm. More like 530pm when we could get our room secured. Smelled like marijuana and cigarettes. Most unprofessional place I’ve ever encounter. Will never go back. I will spend $500/night if I have to to never experience this place again

Stayed here a few years ago and should have checked the new reviews. We we’re surprised at how run down our room was. AC was cold and bed ok for the 1 night we visited. Pool area and beach view/access are the only redeeming qualities.
