Not a good choice

Checked in. Lady at desk was very pleasant. Issued me a room. TV wasn't working. Moved me to second room. Same issue. I would have assumed if it was just a cable problem, other guests would have same problem and would have been brought to her attention. She knew nothing of a problem with reception. It was late (7-7:30). No biggie, I had a long day and was tired. Opened fridge, to put a bottle of water I had with me and there was half eaten food inside. In bathroom was a cig in toilet (non-smoking property). I had enough. Booked room for two nights and wanted to save money. It was cheap. Big mistake. Never again, will I choose to save money and take a step down in guest ratings over expected comfort. I went to office, turned in my key card, left, went to another hotel, down the street and ate the $85 for the two nights.

Cigarettes burns in the bed spread, pubic hairs left in the shower, couch so stained I wouldn’t sit on it and carpet so old and dirty I refused to take off my shoes. Just gross.

Nothing was good about it at all! The Wi-Fi didn't work no hot water! I'm disabled and have a service dog they kept my $100 deposit because they said my dog was not supposed to be there and he peeded on a towel!!

What left us dissatisfied was that since we entered the hotel we were unable to access the wifi, my husband went to reception and was told that they did not know the reason and that there would be no other room to put us in Maia near reception, even though there were two rooms next to reception that were empty, as they had the windows open at all times with no sign of people who would be staying there.What I liked was the cleanliness, where the room was clean and the sheets too.

Never staying there again

The only thing good about the place was the night auditor. I was told the price was one thing & then the next day be charged almost double. When I inquired about it I was rudely told the manager can change it whenever he wants.
