The unit sleeps 6 with a king bed in the master, queen bed in the upstairs loft, and a hide-a-bed couch in the living room area. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and small appliances. Unit has a front loading washer/dryer stack unit in the bedroom. The condo was clean and in a good place. The pool was pretty but dirty. There didnt seem to be anyone there who regularly cleans it. No toilet paper in pool bathrooms. In all we had a great stay.

Really nice and clean condo. The walk to the beach was so close and I loved how it was private. The condo has everything you need kitchen wise if you are planning on cooking. Wouldn’t recommend the condo for elderly because it is all the way to the third floor so it is a lot of steps. I also wouldn’t recommend it for small children if you are planning on keeping them in the second bed because the loft is above the living room out in the open. Other than that the king bed was so comfortable, they had plenty of towels, and everything was so clean.

Perfect stay
The property was well kept, kitchen stocked with all the items you need to prepare meals if you're trying to not eat out everyday. The loft made a great space for my 16 year old. We were very happy with our stay and the short walk to the beach as well as the convenient location to just about anywhere we wanted to go. Kathy was quick to answer when I had an issue getting in right away(my own fault). Very small to do list before leaving. Best experience I've had with a vacation rental. Thank you!

Quiet get away
It was 3 adults, we all 3 graduated together in 1973. One married couple and 1 sgl adult. The pool was beautiful with great landscaping. The stroll to the beach was fine. We were on the 3rd floor which was a slight challenge for one member of our party. The balcony was a good size and view of the pool. The condo clean & homey I slept in the loft and the mattress was very comfortable. The couple said the master bedroom mattress was one of the best they ever experienced away from home we ate at Uncle Earnies, Hunts seafood, J Michaels, Triple J Steak/Seafood, 2 different ice cream shops leaving town we ate breakfast on Thomas Drive, I believe it was Flour power all restaurants were excellent. I would return to Sunswept again it was close to everything we needed. Thanks A.Mixon

This was the perfect size condo and not a far walk to the beach! It was cleaned and stocked, ready to go along with pool access. We had no issues during our stay and the property owner was responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Super cute condo with a loft
We really enjoyed staying in this property. There was plenty of room for us in the condo. The loft was really cute and provided my daughter with her own space. It was nice and quiet here compared to the larger condos we have previously stayed in. It's a nice bonus to have a washer and dryer in the room as well. I would recommend this unit to anyone. We will consider it again in the future. Panama City Beach is our go to vacation every year. Thanks for the great clean unit.
