Every member of the staff was exceptionally nice, friendly and accommodating. The idea of no housekeeping took me by surprise, but we were there because of a hurricane evacuation and spent lots of time in the room, so it wasn't a big deal after all. They have everything you need at the desk, if you ask.

We staid here because of a hurricane in SW Florida. I have no complaint. The front desk people were amazing. All the people working here were friendly. They always took the the time to answer our questions and to help us. They made us feel welcomed and tried to understand how we were feelimg. If I come back to Panama City for vacation, I would definitely stay here. I highly recommend this hotel.

Jessica was great; she checked us in and the room we had booked was overbooked. She was able to get us changed to that type of room within 7 hours. Kevin the GM is friendly and makes sure you’re comfortable and having a nice stay. Meghan works incredibly hard to keep the breakfast stocked. The hotel was at full capacity from Hurricane Milton evacuees and she was very quick to refill anything in the kitchen that needed it. Housekeeping was very nice when we needed to exchange towels or more TP. The gym and pool were clean and accessible. Overall a great experience and nice place to stay.

Very Conveniently located. If you are skeptical, about Best Western like I was it wasn’t bad at all. Rooms were clean, didn’t hear any noise or have and broken amenities. It is quite a drive to the beach (25 minutes) but if you’re trying to save money and don’t mind that commute this place will definitely do.

The room was super dirty and smelt bad we had to leave. The staff was very nice and understandable. We went to another hotel and they mentioned this hotel has riff-raff often.

Stayed here a few times while visiting here. Great staff! Only thing was my one room didn’t have a phone and my cell was out. Also, the AC was difficult to figure out. Thanks for a nice visit and good breakfasts!

Felt safe property and rooms were very nice. Did have a leak in the bathroom floor flooded when you showered. Breakfast was ok. Had a lot of workers come in to eat that were not staying in the hotel. They tipped the worker in there to eat. But other than that it served our purpose.
