Hello El Panama
Stayed here for a single night before heading to San Blas islands. Can't speak for other rooms in the hotel, but the one they assigned to me and the family was not great. Bathroom was in poor cosmetic condition, but still good functionally. Location was good, views were great and AC was fantastic. Would recommend they do some renovating.

Great service and breakfast but they close they advertise breakfast until 1030am but run out of food at 1000am. Pool should stay open until 1000pm also

Overall the hotel is pretty nice, but the area not so much and the staff, I think they need more training. They don’t greet or acknowledge unless you approach. They don’t seem to have any supervision and do as they please. We visited the bbq area by the pool and sat at a table expecting a waiter to come by and offer a drink. After 30 minutes we left and during that time various staff passed by but no one even acknowledged us. Sad!
