No hot water the night of and the morning after. The highlight of our stay was Ms. Cathy our welcoming committee during breakfast!!! Her personality was phenomenal. Customer service is important and she should be an example for all employees. She is definitely an asset and takes pride in her job!! Hats off to Cathy . She needs a raise

The room was very dirty, bugs, worn and unclean furniture, bathroom was held together with chalk, I was glad I only had to sleep there for two nights. If I did not have family in other rooms I would have left.
