Refund request because of mold
Check in was blissful and is the reason I gave two stars. We checked in shortly after our wedding to await a flight. The suit we booked with the hot tub had a strong odor of mold but after driving long distance we slept with resistance. The next morning I called front desk to voice my concerns the young lady spoke kind and stated she would try to move us which she did once looking at the room initially it smelled strong of a fragrance spray and the mold could not be detected in this room. After a few minutes we exited the room and once we returned we realized this room also had a major mold smell and visible mold coming from the ac unit that took my breath as I attempted to sleep this similar experience happened a year ago when we purchased a suit there. I was assured the issue would be fixed and it was not. Paint was thrown over mold and it’s in the air

Air conditioner is loud and have to shut off at night to sleep staff not friendly most we're not happy with there job's floor in room turned feet black beds we're comfortable not much storage for clothes would not recommend staying here told them coffee maker was broke and I ended up having to go down and swapping it out myself

I like that it is near restaurants and its has plenty of parking as i am a dasher. I also like how nice the employees are.

The room smelled of mildew, the ac was starting to go out and made a lot of noise. The bed was uncomfortable to sleep on, and the sink was broken. Also when it rained there were alot of leaks everywhere. This stay wasn't worth the 150 dollars.

Unpleasant stay!!!!!
I will NEVER stay here again!! First night kids ran up and down the hall. 2nd night all most as bad as the 1st night. But then a herd of elephants got lose right above us. Told the lady at front desk about my experience. She told me "Well kids will be kids" Not at 2 and 3 o'clock We had to leave a day early.

Room was very outdated, bathroom sink and door needed fixed. The hotel smelt like weed in the halls. There was 5 of us and only got 2 towels. When we asked for more they said they were all in the washer.

The building exterior was pretty decent. I also liked that they had cleaners stop by for a room refresh. The room however had a bad choking odor, dirty furniture and floors. Need to do better with a more thorough clean and replacing worn out items. The oven was in French!
