Hotel was rather difficult to locate especially at night. We didn’t see any hotel sign and actually drove past the hotel a few times. We finally found it after asking around. Area surrounding the hotel was dark. Hotel itself was pleasant. People working at the front desk and hotel were very helpful. Would still recommend this hotel!

I enjoyed everything about this property. I loved my room, the hotel and the area. It was a short distance to everything I need. The staff was extremely nice. The hotel had everything I needed and I loved how spacious the room was. 10 out of 10 I do recommend.

Breakfast options need improvement and the rooms should have fridge . The bed size aren’t accurate way too small for a couple . Overall it is a great area with great staff . I would definitely return just need to see improvement in the above mentioned areas

We enjoy staying here except on Saturday nights when they have a party in the Biergarten until 4am. Breakfast is pretty good, gym and pool are excellent

We really enjoyed the pool and the outside lounge/bar area. Breakfast was convenient in the morning. Staff were great as well. We were able to upgrade to a suite and were really thankful for that as the standard rooms are very small.

The property looks great as far as decorations go, unfortunately it requires updating, the A/C looked old and made noise, the A/C remote didnt work, Tvs are old, etc. The beds are comfortable and the room and bathroom were very clean which was great. The staff needs more training, for breakfast, the hostess treated us terribly, there were 15 minutes left for breakfast and she basically told us to eat the leftover bread. Another employee (thankfully) saw the treatment and offered to make eggs and get more juice for us. Other guests arrived after us and were helped by this one employee, but the hostess was really terrible. During check out, there was a guest complaining about the noise of the night before because they have music events, but the person in charge just dismissed him with a sorry about the noise.

Waste of money an very racist...
Am the most calmest an easiest person to deal with...i dont make much be a bothered to me...an this is my second time staying in panama...an this is the worse have ever feal....first an foremost half the staff there is racist....an my reason for stating this is....in the morning if we go for breakfast an 1 or 2 off the containers are empty they dont pay it any mind...but as soon as white person empty they are quick to take it up an refill it...an have witness it happen more than once...so therefore we stop going for breakfast on the morning...secondly the bar is close in the day....an if u go an the road an come back with anything drinking even if your sitting at the pool,, you are instructed to go to your room with it.....as a black person you cannot eat or drink anything on the property unless it was purchase from them....we observe a couple who spoke there language sit in clear view eating food that was purchase elsewhere an nothing was said to them......our first room if you open the window all u saw was bird mess all over.....we went an ask for a room with view an a balcony an was told it would cost up 50 us per night....wish when check an the website was a total lie...we were place in a room where we could see the jacuzzi an the pool wish we were very grateful for....however the room had only a bed an a concrete structure to put our stuff on...the bathroom was 6/10 ...the a.c unit was tape up.....the sheet was on the bed for 6 day before it was changed...NEVER AGAIN
