Hi! It was a horrible vacation, actually you ruined our vacation. We came to the airport 3 hours before our flight to Aruba. And then we’re waiting for our boarding doing nothing, just waiting. Our group was F that’s why we had to stay at the end of the line. Then when it was our turn they told us that we don’t have ED card. We started to fill out the card but they didn’t give us even one minute to finish and they closed the gates saying nothing. They were also another people left with us. Why no one send us the email before that we need to fill out ED card?
We wanted to book next flight to Aruba but we had to pay $2000 more and wait too many hours. Then 4 people from our flight that they were at the same situation told us that they went to the customer service and they gave them free flight but for tomorrow. We went and they gave us a free flight too. But we already missed one day of our vacation, plus we had too much stress.
Next day we came to Aruba and they didn’t give us a ride to the hotel ( that we paid) because it was yesterday. They told us to wait half an hour and then we took a taxi. When we came to the hotel they told us that they don’t have our room with king bed and ocean view anymore . They gave us a room with 2 queen beds instead with the construction view and with the drill working so loud every day. And the room and the furniture is so old there, it doesn’t worth the money that we paid. We have the video with the construction that we want to post too.
