This resort is pleasant to stay, and the ocean view is awesome. The dinners and dinner service were superb. However, I can’t say the same about the breakfast and lunch, which lack the variety and consistent service. The front desk workers didn’t seem to greet guests with enthusiasm, which is a rare encounter in most resorts.

Been to 10 all inclusives in various Caribbean islands. Overall best food; drinking water, n beaches of any. Good amenities, room layout, cleanliness. Except for Club Margot’s staff, least friendly staff; made you feel like you were a burden when asking for drinks, napkins, etc.

1. Am upset that you guys tried to up charge for my husband to come along after we booked the trip because there were no more rooms left. His time was approved off after we booked the trip. His part was going to be three times the original cost. VERY DISHONEST. So your stupid policy kept my kid vacationing with her dad because of your price gouching. 2. I got sick eating your fresh fruits and salad on Monday at the buffet around 1:30 pm. I had abdominal pain, diarrhea, fevers for 2 nights. When the lady tried to serve me, the salad was sitting in water that’s been sitting still. I saw the chefs and the serves serving without gloves. One of the cooks was eating a lamb off the grill. I missed 3 days of exploring the island because of your property. So now I have to come back next year via another property.

Weather and view were wonderful. The property was poorly maintained. Staffing was limited and relatively unfriendly, affecting service in the restaurants and at the bar. The restaurant staff wore dirty clothes. The room balcony door would not lock and maintenance failed to fix it or unclog the sink as requested.

Staff on tamarijn side reception and concierge are lazy and rude. They are not welcoming at all. Divi property staff were more attentive and friendly. Would not reccomend this resort. The restaurants food tastes very bland. If your using the beach there are no waiters walking around serving drinks which means you have t walk a good distance for a drink. Fridge in the rooms were not filled with water, soda or beer and was told they do not fill the fridges and we needed to buy our own stuff to fill it.

The staff in Tamarijn was rude and terrible especially front desk and the shuttle staff. Divi staff was fantastic. I would not stay here again, first time you expect to be treated well and make the vacation memorable.

Very outdated , not friendly workers not willing to help like your being a pain ! Bartender inattentive.. finer dining was a hastle to get reservations for a large party with a baby ! Shuttle service was a hastle … was not kid /family friendly at all !!!! Buffett food was very low quality… all in all not satisfied and would not recommend this place to anyone …. Only 2 of the 5 restaurants was half decent but it took over 2hours to eat dinner we were never even able to get reservations at ginger or pure lime !!!! Also very loud music near the last buildings kept us up all night tekno music and racing motorcycles …

I love Aruba and Divi properties. The food was great and staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice but somewhat not so clean. At least our room wasn’t cleaned well. We kind of waived it off since we mostly stayed on the beach

The bathrooms by the pool where always filthy and the ceiling was leaking water going in and out the door. The food and service in Ginger was horrible but all the other restaurants was top notch! The people dealt with except waiter at Ginger were amazing!! Everyone happy and friendly and super efficient and professional. The room and access was not as described on Expedia so that was disappointing but their front desk personnel did everything they could to get us a wonderful room as close to the description as we had. Wish they had room service because after day of sun, water, beach and more sun would have been nice to have a quiet dinner in our room.

I like staying in Tamarijn, I stayed in Divi before and this is why I returned. I still like the place, nice beach, excellent restaurants and food choices. Small inconvenience that dinner buffet is in Divi and not available in Tam. I wish that they did some sort of line for buffet options when tables are not available, otherwise you end up wondering in the room searching for a table and literally trying to compete for them at the peak times. There should be some sort of order. One more dislike if the room cleaningness. I hope they improve on it. It wasn't good
