The comfortable, and private holiday house is close to the beach, native wildlife, walking tracks, cycling and near the Gippsland Lakes Coastal Park.
There are 3 large bedrooms, with enough beds to sleep 7. Also a huge lounge, kitchen and dining area to easily accommodate a large numbers of guests. The lounge has plenty of space to seat guests and has an air conditioner and wood heater for all round comfort in summer or winter. In the large outside enclosed porch, you can comfortably sit outside away from any of the little bugs.
Outside there is space to relax by enjoying the garden, or just taking in the serenity. The property is fully fenced for your children or pet dog(s). Located one street back from the beach, this house with its secure yard is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday.
Regardless, your pets can play and explore while you take endless strolls along the shoreline beach-combing and shell collecting. The beach changes almost daily and is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the serenity. You will be amazed at how few people there are along this wonderful part of 90 Mile Beach.
There are plenty of other activities available including golf at the Golden Beach Golf Club, a 9 hole course that's a real experience to enjoy. There is also lawn bowls at the Golden Beach Bowls Club. For those who like cycling it is ideal with many kilometers of long flats roads to explore. Of course there are plenty of walking tracks for those who wish to adventure through the coast parks that surround Paradise Beach. A favorite place are the various wetlands where bird-life are teeming around the shallows foraging for food.
For those who wish to do some shopping Sale is a short drive past the Sale Common State Game Refuge where there is the opportunity to observe wildlife in extensive marsh and grassland areas. Sale is a lovely Victorian country town with many historic buildings, the historic Port of Sale on the Thompson River, lakes and parkland, and a great choice of street cafes to sit and have coffee or tea while taking in the scenery. Loch Sport and Seaspray are a 30 minute drive away.
Golden Beach hub is just under 3km away where you will find a takeaway/general goods store. A children's playground and community hall. There are no shops at Paradise Beach.
