They have updated the hotel. For the price you pay for adequate room they should have coffee in the rooms. Or at least have a station at the front desk. Not everyone drinks fancy sugar filled coffee at their Java coffee place when they want every guest to go to buy coffee. Will not return.

The rooms were newly remodeled and very clean hotel. I will stay again. I was able to walk across the street to Palms Hotel. Parking was so easy & convenient to casino entrance. No crowds. Didn't have to wait for anything. Check in was a breeze. Charged $39 for early check in. Staff was very pleasant all around.

This property is recently remodeled and still in progress. Our stay was fine until the morning of the third day, when we found there was no running water in the room. I called the front desk and they were unaware of a problem, and then a few minutes later called me back to let me know that they had to turn the water off to a portion of the building. I had business meetings lined up and needed to take a shower, and they had no idea how long the water would be off, so they changed our room. This is where everything unraveled. First, they sent a Bellman up with the key to a new room two floors up,With no luggage cart. When I asked him about a cart, he just sort of hollered over his shoulder that I'd have to call the Bell desk. A few minutes after that the Bellman arrived, and brought us to our new room which was considerably smaller than our original room, and had two full size beds instead of a king. When we called the front desk, they claimed that there were no other rooms available in the hotel. Then they offered to refund one night's Resort fee of $32. We were now separated from the group that we were staying with which made things inconvenient, I had to cancel my morning's meetings because of the additional delay, and all of the employees seem to not care whatsoever. Finally after having to bicker, they offered to refund all of the three nights Resort fees. They refuse to refund the room or give me any kind of an adjustment for giving me a smaller room. Didn’t know it was under construction. Workers started at 7 am Sink in bathroom flooded. Ruined my night clothes and bathing suit I had to change rooms during afternoon

Pool closes very early way too early should have stayed at a motel 6. Customer services was very rude and domineer in tone very sarcastic. Should not be in customer service if cannot handle a customer complaint. Made visit very uncomfortable. Last time I get a room here will NOT recommend to anyone.
