We hadden een eenvoudige kamer geboekt en bij inchecken bleek dat er een fout in de boeking was gemaakt, werden voor 1 nacht in een soort veredelde bezemkast gestopt zonder daglicht en geen licht in de badkamer. Volgende middag naar de definitieve kamer. Hier was wel daglicht en licht in de badkamer maar de hygiëne was bedroevend slecht , in de badkamer overal schimmel en vieze resten als gevolg van lekkages. Geen enkele mogelijkheid om ook maar iets op te hangen of op te ruimen. Sommige personeelsleden waren ronduit onbeschoft en hadden geen enkel oog voor de gasten. Uit de keuken kwam een walm van oud frituurvet en in het bar gedeelte liepen kakkerlakken rond. Rondom het zwembad stonden uitsluitend kapotte stoelen en tijdens ons verblijf zijn er diverse gasten door stoelen heen gezakt. Voor ons was dit appartement slechts een uitvalbasis voor andere trips, vandaar dat we er niet te zwaar aan hebben getild. Over het personeel hebben we een klacht ingediend bij de manager en dat heeft zeker geholpen, een dag later werden we gelukkig wat vriendelijker geholpen. Echter een normale kop koffie hebben we niet kunnen krijgen, of het apparaat was defect of men wist er niet me om te gaan. Kortom; absoluut geen aanrader!

L hôtel est bien situé, à proximité du centre ville, des monuments et des rues avec restau. Il n y a pas de petit déjeuner sauf des sandwichs. Les chambres sont sommaires (lit, salle de douche, wc et tv) la notre n avait pas de fenêtre. Piscine grande et agréable. Tarif très correct. Pour résumé c est suffisant pour dormir mais pas plus.
