O hotel tem uma boa localização, porém deixa muito a desejar com relação aos serviços oferecidos. O hotel não tinha um ferro de passar para emprestar, fui para um casamento e minha esposa teve que sair na rua pedir um ferro emprestado (absurdo). No fechamento da conta o atendente informou que a minha reserva não havia sido paga, que ela só garantia a reserva do quarto, tive que discutir muito até ele entender que pelo hoteis.com a reserva é paga antecipadamente e ainda tive que esperar ele gerar os procedimentos para receber do hoteis.com (procedimentos internos, não tenho nada a ver com isso), só não perdi meu voo porque fiz o checkout com bastante antecedência.

Intransigencia do pessoal da administração
Tive de pagar duas vezes pela estadia, paguei uma vez diretamente ao hotel e outra vez pela Expedia. Fiz contato tanto com o hotel quanto com o site e o meu pedido foi negado, não deram nenhuma opção. Eu aceitaria até pagar a comissão do site, mas nem isso me ofereceram demonstrando assim que não tem nenhum interesse em manter o cliente.

O hotel é bem localizado e possui um bom café da manhã, com bastante opções de frutas e sucos. A TV a cabo possui os principais canais e a TV é LCD, com ótima imagem. Como pontos negativos, achei a cama extremamente barulhenta e dura e a ausência de bebidas no frigobar do quarto, que fica vazio.
