I don't recommend
The location was the only thing good. All the rest was below mediocre. Breakfast very poor, the room was dirty with walls full of stains and mold. The bed clothing in doubtful conditions.

Good: great location, very nice staff, good buffet breakfast. Not good: cleanliness has to improve!! my room was on the ground floor with very little light, a broken window which could not close (hence mosquitos), the fridge was smelly and noisy, the bathroom very old. For the price I paid (€70/night) I would have expected much better. Too bad, because this lovely house has a huge potential…

Good location for the price
Excellent location, just some steps to the historic center of Paraty and very close to the beach from the same point. Building is very old but with some refurbishments. Everything works fine. Cleaning could be better. There were some mosquitoes in our room every night, but we are in Paraty...

This a beautiful and historic pousada right next to the historic center of town. This is not a super modern building or place so things are a little bit basic which makes it so charming. The staff there were super friendly and helpful. We loved our stay there!

Quarto família com experiência ruim
É a segunda vez que me hospedo na pousada. Na primeira fiquei na parte mais colonial e foi tudo ótimo. Mas desta vez fiquei um pouco decepcionada. No quarto família o banheiro estava com bastante limbo, papel higiênico já aberto, chuveiro razoável. A cama de casal eram duas de solteiro juntas, nada confortável para meu marido que é grande. Somente 4 opções de canal aberto, e a internet quase não funcionava o WiFi no quarto. Par adolescentes foi entediante. Tinha bastante bagunça no hall de entrada dos quartos com equipamentos e coisas ensacadas, o que tirava um pouco o aconchego do espaço. Fiquei bem chateada pois havia feito uma propaganda bem bacana para os meus filhos.
