Hotel Just South of Wisconsin Dells & off of I-90
This is an older property just off of I-90 that is clean, quiet and perfect for a fun or business stop over. It offers a breakfast that includes "scrambled eggs", sausage, and potatoes. While not gourmet, it is fine. The hotel also offers apples, yogurt, coffee and the required sugar cereals. As for the room, it was clean and spacious, but also a little dated (1990s maybe early 2000s). The check-in was handled professionally and quickly. The cleaning staff was professional too. When I went to check out no one was at the front desk and was unable to break a bill to leave the cleaning staff a tip.

I read reviews from the past six months that this property had been having some trouble. But there has been improvements! We had a nice one night stay! The bed was super comfy!! The room was tidy and clean. The pool is huge and clean. The breakfast was good and staff were friendly. Keep up the good work. The building does need some updating but the staff here are working hard to make your experience comfortable and enjoyable!

We booked a room intended for 6 guests. The room looked nice and clean for sure, water pressure was fine, mini fridge was a nice larger size. However when we were looking for extra sheets for the sofa sleeper, a drawer door had come off as if it was never screwed to the sliding drawer. Fell on my friends toes as it wasn’t expected. Staff had to bring us the sheets and poor guy was running the hotel ALONE that we could see within a few hours of already being on property. They did not seem surprised about the drawer door not being attached. Pool room doesn’t feel clean, towels at the pool took a while to be offered so best bring a room towel.

Memorial Day Weekend Stay
Check-in was a problem because the hotel network was down. After some discussion with the front desk, demonstrating that I had a receipt, and explaining that my partner was not feeling well and we were going to head back home if we were not going to get a room, we eventually were given one. I felt the staff was accommodating as they could be, given the circumstances. The room was great. Clean, comfortable. The hallway could use a good vacuuming and the surrounding grounds a little love. It was a busy holiday weekend. Breakfast left a lot to be desired but at least it was something.

The area is nice but when upon checking in the room was dirty, smudges everywhere and a used towel was hanging. Also the website lied. I purposely purchased this room because of the gym but when I went to go to the gym they said they didn’t have one. False advertising at its finest

Been here a couple times and it was an average experience before but this time was the worst. No pool or hot tub available which were the main components of paying $250 for two nights. Worst hotel experience won’t be coming back

The pictures are much better than the hotel actually looks. The beds were comfortable, but this is a dated hotel. The curtains are stained badly. The breakfast was sub par. It worked for our group, but we were very underwhelmed.
