The hotel lobby is beautiful and so relaxing. The rooms are clean and comfortable but family rooms lack storage. The toilets in the lobby / bar were always smelly and dirty. One day we came back and the cleaner had left our door open, luckily nothing was taken. However, ive heard loads of people say they've had items stolen from their roon, this js probably why. Hopefully its accidental and not some sinister inside job. The shuttle is dangerous, it serves 5 hotels and is every 15 mins and theres way too many people ramming on, spilling out the doors and even pushing each other. one night a girl was pushed out of the bus ! people threaten each other too over this shuttle. disney needs to sort this

Rooms were clean, tidy and large enough for the four of us (2 young children). The ever changing theme on the ground floor made it easier for my kids to enjoy. Swimming pool, bouncy castle in the open garden added value. Convenience of transportation to and from Disney was all bonuses too.

Great place to stay for a Disney trip
Maxime was wonderful as was another member of staff who helped us on our forst night were wonderful. The hotel bar is stunning, and the cocktails are good too! Breakfast had lots to choose from every morning. The room was lovely, I couldn't get on with the pillows, but that's just personal preference. The shuttle bus to Disney stops right outside the reception and is very regular. Its only a 10 minute trip to Disneyland. The staff are more than happy to help with any questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Hotel
Beautiful hotel - the lobby is magical - very clean. Good size rooms. Only downside is that the service for the bar food was not great - the waiter decided not to serve food as he was on his own - however it was not busy - this could have been better organized.

Excellent location with a free shuttle bus to Disneyland Park. Breakfast is amazing excellent choice. All you can eat buffet worth paying for. Expensive drinks on site 1x gin and tonic, 1 btl coke and 1 x pint of lager just short of 30 wuros.

Very welcoming on arrival and super helpful check in staff. My only one negative was the bathroom! There were some stray hairs in the bath - these only surfaced when the shower screen was moved. Again, not a big deal at all for us. would definitely book here again
