Not "wonderful" as reviews claim. I had a perfectly comfortable room that was clean. But everything about the hotel is shabby. This place needs to be updated with painting, new towels, and amenities like soap.

Abysmal space and terrible service - impossible to stay here and especially do not come as a couple, it's the most romantic place on earth. Noisy, cheap, bad location, etc.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel to the extent I left and didnt even finish my stay and left after 2 nights. There is probably 1 staff member for the entire hotel, so when I arrived in the afternoon I waited for 20 minutes bc the desk was empty - when I called the number the phone on the desk just rang and no one came. Overall the hotel has a overwhelming feeling of cheapness - lots of plastic, thin walls, not super clean space. The room itself was extremely small, which could be fine but the noise, thin walls, and poor setup was an extreme turnoff. (no mattress pad on the bed, extremely thin cheap towels, etc). The bathroom is so small as a petite woman my knees hit the wall. As I was having a friend join me, I decided to change hotels as this room is impossible for two people. I had paid extra fees upon check in for an additional guest, which the hotel refused to refund even though I left early, and the second guest never came. Overall, I would never step foot in this hotel again and do not recommend unless you are on a low budget and dont care much about where you stay. Its also very far from the fun parts of Paris.

Simple room decorated to a high standard. Would have appreciated additional pillows and herbal tea options. Limited hotel facilities and a 5-10 minute walk to the nearest metro station. Water was available on request but would have been better in the room.

We stayed at the hotel for 6 nights, the breakfast was very tasty in the morning, there was no fridge in the room, but that's not a problem, we could use the cafeteria fridge, all the staff are very friendly, we had a very good time, thank you.

The location was great; only a few minutes walk to a bustling metro station. Breakfast did not seem worth the price given the abundance of boulangeries and cafes in the area. Rooms were small but bed was comfortable.

Stayed 6 nights, loved the Single room, beautifully decorated and very well designed to include everything needed, with great storage space. It was spotlessly clean. Staff were unfailingly helpful and very pleasant. Surroundings are great for shops and on the run food options as well as sit down ones and particularly liked the Rue des Boulets area. Excellent transport links too. Will stay again if possible to get a booking.

I am a fan of the 11th arondissement - less touristy and expensive than many others, and the proximity to Nation makes it very accessible from anywhere across the city. Fairly basic in terms of amenities, but a sweet spot to stay if you don't need a 'full service' hotel

Amazing staff. Great rooms. There is tea!!!! With milk. It made my day. Rooms are typical Parisian size, but comfortable. Anyway I have booked another stay. Lost of buses and a metro station nearby.
