Great stay!
Had a lovely stay. We opted for a small room as planned to be out so we knew we would have a lot of room, but the closet was a decent size and had ample hanging area too. Comfy bed and a/c was great as Paris was having very hot weather. Location perfect for access to RER and Metro. Great local restaurants too.

Perfect hotel for exploring Paris!
Lovely little hotel. Friendly and super helpful staff - we dropped our bags off early and they were waiting in our room for us! Quiet location for a good nights sleep and easily accessible by public transport. Short & direct journey into central Paris. Rooms small but functional, clean and modern. Although not used there was a good variety of local amenities; bars, shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

This was a great option for our stay during the Olympics. Very convenient to several train lines and the RER A. Room was bigger than expected. Breakfast not worth paying for if it is not included.

Almost great
A nice stay. The hotel is clean and had a nice renovation. Location is great. Only down side is that the walls are paper thin, you have to specifically ask at the front desk to get the heat/aircon ‘activated’, and a small point but we asked for ice and they didn’t have any. They said they would get some for the next day but this never happened. Not a big deal though. Would stay again.

Lovely stay for 2 friends
We enjoyed our stay at District Nation. It was very clean and we found it quite safe coming back late at night, as it’s only a 5 minute walk from Nation station. The location was good as we were visiting both Disneyland and the central tourist sites. There are also plenty of local bakeries and cafes nearby, so a great stay if you want to experience somewhere less touristy. The staff were friendly and tidied the room each day, including changing the towels if requested. The only downside was that the soap provided in the shower was a 3-in-1 hair, body and hand soap, so you might want to bring your own shampoo and shower gel!

Great hotel, some noise though
We stayed in a double room. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were very clean and well presented. It was clear that the room had been recently renovated. Room decor is modern, with stylish ginko wallpaper and a relaxing green, white and wicker theme. Bed was comfortable and we both slept well. The room had a wardrobe with plenty of hanging space and three shelves. Enough space for two people's clothes for a week. There was also a small desk, with kettle and coffee/tea making facilities. Ensuite bathroom has a rain shower. In relation to some other people's comments about the noise from the stairs. Yes, it is possible to hear people coming down the staircase, but don't think this warrants a complaint. Most people were stepping and talking quietly. I'm sure people passed who made no noise at all. The chairs are another matter however. We could hear other people moving chairs in the rooms all around us. It was very loud and annoying. And I guess the noise from our chair was also annoying for other guests. We tried to avoid moving it at all. I was woken a few times by the noise of chairs from other rooms. But only momentarily There is no option to not have housekeeping in your room. I did ask specifically for housekeeping to leave my room alone. But the tidied it anyway. Which I found very annoying. Don't forget your shower gel. There is some supplied but it feels like it's too diluted.

I'm really happy I chose District Nation for my Paris trip. It was perfect for my needs, and the proximity the Metro allowed me to get just about anywhere I wanted to go in the city. Staff were friendly and the room was kept up nicely. I'd definitely stay here again!

We stayed at this hotel for three nights - arrived late in the evening on the first night so was grateful for the 24hr reception. Things we liked about the hotel were it’s location (very close to a lot of public transport), friendly staff and generally very clean and tidy place. The I would say the main disappointment was the fact that our room was separated over two floors - I hadn’t perceived this was an option from the photos when making the booking. The downstairs area was bathroom and table/chairs. The upstairs area was bed, coffee table and small wardrobe. But the bed was so close to the top of the stairs that if you slept on one side you had to be careful when getting in and out of bed. Also on that same side was a low diagonal beam and a cupboard - very much a squeeze. One night I got up and hit my head very hard on the low beam because I couldn’t see it in the dark. I think it would be worth having something to protect the beam.

Petite chambre confortable et tranquille. L'accueil a été parfait, rapide et sympathique. Il manque quelques crochets et endroits pour déposer les bagagges, mais d'une manière générale c'était très bien. Excellente localisation!

Loved this hotel, staff was extremely nice and accommodating. Rooms were cleaned every day. The breakfast we got for 1 day and it was really good and had many options. There were two metro stations nearby that took us to the main attractions in Paris so it was well located. Very new-feeling and had everything we needed.

We were welcomed by a really lovely young man on reception. Room was clean and neat, and everything worked. Tea and coffee-making and mini-kitchen were a nice touch. Beware very low beams in certain places - I hit my head on one of them. Hard. Hotel very much recommended. For dinner, we recommend nearby Loulou or the Ethioian places opposite Loulou.
