On two levels, it opens onto the living room consisting of a lounge area equipped with a TV and a comfortable sofa bed, as well as a dining area for 4 people.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the necessary household appliances to ensure you a stay "like at home".

The bathroom with a shower and toilet is also located on the first level.

I loved the neighborhood. Great location near the metro, restaurants, and stores, but super noisy at night. You cannot sleep with people walking by your door all night long. They have a red theater sign in front and people stop to take pictures by the door and stay there to talk. This happened every single night. Also, the property does not have AC or fans, and it was very hot. The property was clean, but it had a musty wet smell.

Check in instructions were not clear and needed to call and ask for help to locate the apartment. The entrance is a red facade with a sign for a playhouse above the door. The apartment is right on a very busy staircase which means there is street noise all night long. The apartment itself is in a very old building and musty but has been nicely renovated and comfortable.

Nicht vom ersten Eindruck der Außenfassade erschrecken lassen, der Schein trügt. Super gelegen, super gut eingerichtet, total liebevoll gestaltet, wirklich alles vorhanden, vom Teller bis zur Waschmaschine alles da. Es gibt nur ein kleines Minus, wenn man die Tür öffnet, kommt einem ein leichte Kellergeruch entgegen. Aber der verfliegt schnell und im Schlafzimmer riecht man ihn nicht. Sonst alles top
