Our family of five was unexpectedly in Paris for one night due to flight connection issues. Rather than stay at the airline's horrible airport hotel, we decided to move to Elsa Hotel after doing some quick online research. We had some issues making the reservation for two rooms online but Anthony at the hotel made it work for us. The hotel is in a great location, essentially one block from the Arc de Triomphe. Our rooms (one double, and one triple) were the typical smaller, Parisian-style rooms but updated and extremely comfortable for two adults and three kids ages 11 - 15. The triple room had real mattresses for all. The bathrooms were small but very nice with high quality fixtures and good water pressure. The lobby offered 24/7 assistance, coffee, water, etc. and they gave us toothbrushes, etc. since the airline had all our luggage. The neighborhood is very charming and felt very safe (even late night), with a couple of cafes (including one we went to for breakfast, though the hotel offered breakfast as well). Anthony was terrific, starting with reservation help, through check in, and giving helpful info for our visit. Lastly, the price of the hotel was extremely reasonable and an excellent value. We would definitely return in the future.

Great location, good hotel
This hotel is in a perfect location, 1 block away from the Arc. The staff were friendly, the bathroom nicely updated and a view of the Arc. Having breakfast included was helpful. The rooms have carpet which was dirty and an odd choice. Overall, we would highly recommend this hotel.

Bad customer service. Very rude and arrogant.
First. The picture of the room on the email of the reservations and confirmation was different than what I had. Way smaller. Nothing compared to picture on the booking and a picture of the reservations and the confirmation. Second when I arrived the agent didn’t mention that the check out is a 11am that’s right after looking to the email it says 11am but in general no one read email especially that I booked my flight the last minute in the rash before taken my flight so I had no time to check the check out time. Because in my mind as universal and everywhere and most hotels the check in is a 12pm. However I was more interested to check the room pictures. Third, in a morning I called the reception to check what time the check out. The person was very arrogant. Very rude asking me to leave the room At 11am and she was very argumentative. And then she let me stay until 12pm and she mentioned that over 12pm they will charge me extra again in a rude way. I tried to explain that my check in was late after midnight and if they can give me a time until 12:15pm or 12:30. Unfortunately all the responses was no and no and no not even trying so I has to leave the room without even taken a shower without drinking a water I had a free minibar complimentary that I can used so I left in a big rush I took all the minbar complimentary and the water offer in the room so I can used once outside the room. Once downstairs the rude lady was making a fun of me with a stuff. Really bad attitude.
