The hotel is close to the Eiffel Tower and has a nice proximity to other areas as well. For the rate, the Hotel Malar was perfectly acceptable. The room was quite small which is to be expected for many Paris hotels, but being 6’5” it was quite difficult to use the shower in our standard room. However it was a pleasant stay.

Good value for a boutique style hotel near the Eif
A quaint boutique style hotel a very short walk from the Eiffel Tower. Hôtel was nice with excellent service, my room was smaller but met my needs, the shower was very small. Overall the hotel was clean, but starting to show its age…. There is no lift and carring your luggage upstairs may be a challenge for some.. does offer breakfast, several excellent restaurants and cafes a short walk away. The Eiffel Tower is a 5 minute or less walk away, lots of excitement views of the tower. The hotel was a good value, met my needs and I would stay here again.

Small hotel, small room but very quaint & charming space. Friendly & helpful staff. Heated towel rack in bathroom a godsend as we were in Paris during a rainy time. Great location, easy walk to the Seine & Eiffel Tower.

The property was close to many popular tourist destinations. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We were able to store our luggage for a short time after checkout so we could site see conveniently until we were ready to travel to our next destination.

The Expedia listing did not reveal that the hotel has no elevator. This created an unhealthy situation given my mobility issues. The room was extremely small and the shower even smaller. The breakfast included low quality meat, cheese and bread and quantities were not replaced when consumed.

Quaint, clean, and cozy
Exactly what you expect for a small boutique hotel. Rooms were small and bathroom even smaller. It was like having a room on a cruise ship. But 24hr security and clean and quaint. Good places to eat close by and was able to walk to all the popular landmarks or metro with ease
