The elevator is tiny and takes so very long to get moving that you wonder if you should just walk out. Limited services - like no ice on premise so you need to go to their sister hotel across the street in order to get a container of ice; and that's somewhat uncomfortable. Also, no washcloths. Clean bathroom, but shower is awkwardly designed to allow water getting outside of the shower area. You definitely have to make yourself small when taking a shower. The staff in general is very attention and I think do their best, but it's definitely NOT a VIP hotel.

This property is a great location in Paris. Very walkable to the metros, food, and shopping. Had AC which is rare and is very clean. Breakfast was good as well. Did not receive my VIP free tour which is disappointing.

Highly recommend this very clean boutique hotel. Staff are very helpful. Enjoyed the extras such as drinks in the refrigerator, coffee and croissants. Location is good, 10 minute walk to the grand magazine, with many cafe’s and restaurants close bye .

Although the hotel is in an older building, the rooms are updated and cute. The area was wonderful-within a 15 minute walk to Sacre Couer, Moulin Rouge, and the Opera House, but just so quiet and charming-not crowded like the other touristy areas. Plus, so many charming cafes and restaurants. The staff at the hotel was wonderful and so helpful, and the coffee, sodas, water, pastries and snacks they served all afternoon/evening were such a bonus! I would definitely stay here again.

Simple, no frills, very clean & lovely helpful. A too sheet on the bed would have been good as it was really hot in the room & the aircon only went down to 19c & then stopped working during the night. Not good when it was 27c in Paris.

Good location. Room comfortable. Perfect for 1 person. Bed was hard and pillows extremely flat. Walls really thin. Unfortunately I was downstairs right next to the kitchen and dining area. I heard everything in the mornings. Overall good but not for price I paid.

A safe choice, practical location
We had a good 2 nights' stay in room 302. The room was a good size for Paris. The bathroom had a shower, toilet bowl, sink, and a shower gel bolted to the wall. Bring your own hair conditioner as they only provide hair/body wash. The room had an open cloth cupboard with 5 sections and a space for hanging clothes. The minibar had 2 mini bottles of still water, 1 sparkling water, 1 orange juice, and 1 Pepsi. The were replaced daily. There was a kettle, tea, and coffee on the table and 1 chair. The noise insulation was not great, but it did not matter as the street was quiet. From 2pm there were coffee, tea, croissants, pain of chocolat, strawberry tart, madeleines, savoury nibbles such as mini pretzels and cheesy bites next to reception. The following day the strawberry tart was replaced by muffinses. There was also a Smeg fridge with mineral water, Pepsi and some other soft drinks and also a microwave oven in the lobby. There were some interesting picture books in the lobby fro you to browse. There is a bus stop nearby for bus number 68 going directly to Opéra, Louvre, Musée d'Orsay and Rive Gauche. We would happily stay there again.

Such a lovely hotel and even better staff! We really enjoyed staying here and would definitely recommend! Breakfast was nice and they had snacks throughout the day as well as soft drinks! The room was clean and perfect for our short stay!
