The staff was friendly, and the continental breakfast was a nice perk, but overall, the hotel did not meet our needs. Originally, I booked two rooms for four people—my partner, myself, and our mothers. Unfortunately, after booking, my partner's mother passed away, and our plans changed. We needed to adjust our accommodations to better suit three people, including my mother, who cannot stay alone due to memory issues. I reached out to the hotel months in advance, but since our rate was nonrefundable and no larger or adjoining rooms were available, we had to stick with the original setup. This meant one of us had to stay with my mother, with our rooms located across the hall from each other—far from ideal, but we made do. In hindsight, it would have been better to cancel, file a travel insurance claim, and rebook a larger room elsewhere. The experience wasn’t what we’d hoped for, though we still enjoyed our trip overall. For solo travelers or couples on a short stay, this hotel could be a great option, and it likely would have worked for our original plan of two pairs. However, as someone traveling with an aging parent needing extra care, it wasn’t the best fit.

The property was fairly average, our room was quite small, including the bathroom and shower which essentially wet the entire bathroom floor when used as there was no shower curtain or door. Unfortunately the housekeeping service only included changing linens and towels and not replacing used glasses, soap etc. As we were only in the room to sleep, it wasn’t a big deal, but wouldn’t call this our most comfortable stay. The staff were, however, very helpful and quite friendly. One of the receptionists helped us to make dinner reservations and another gave us a long list of good restaurant options as a few in our group are vegetarian. Something to note about the area- this hotel is in a red light district and may not be suitable for families with children. The neighbourhood at night felt a little unsafe, so wouldn’t recommend late night walks home after dinner. During the day however, the location of the hotel is great proximity to Moulin Rouge, Montmartre restaurants and shops, and Sacre Cour. Very conveniently located to Blanche metro station which allows you to access all parts of Paris.

Hotel is in a great location for shops and transport links. 2 minute walk from station, bus stops and taxi rank. Great if going to see Moulin Rouge show as it finishes late and hotel is just across the road. Alot of sex shops and lap dancing bars around, so not ideal if you have children. Hotel is clean, friendly staff, nothing was any trouble. Breakfast was basic but enough and also catered for gluten free. Room was okay, no complaints, shame there wasnt a fridge though. Bathroom was a modern wet room style but water gravitated towards door and had to make a makeshift towel barrier or it would flood the bedroom. All in all it did the job for a few nights.

Brilliant location. We had a room with a balcony that looked straight on to the Moulin Rouge. Concierge was extremely helpful with directions to sight seeing locations. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience in Paris.

A lovely stay!

Amazing time here! Hôtel is in the perfect location for all the main attractions with a metro just a 2 minute walk away! The staff were friendly & helpful! Room had everything you need for a city break & breakfast was lovely!
