We propose to you with the hiring, on the commune of L'Haÿ-les-Roses, this charming apartment of a surface of 86 m ² and being able to accomodate to 6 travellers. Located on the 2nd floor (with elevator), it is composed of a pretty living room of 34 m², an open equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom, a shower room and you can enjoy two private balconies as well as a common garden of about 500 m². Wifi (optical fiber), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
Day space:
- A living room of 34 m² with TV, sofa and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Tassimo coffee maker...
Night space:
- Bedroom 1: a king-size bed (180×200) with shower room.
- Bedroom 2: one queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 3: two single beds.
- A bathroom with bathtub.
- Separate toilet.

Exterior:
- Two balconies, one facing East and the second facing West of 6 and 12 m², to enjoy the beautiful days.

Empfehlenswert
Wir sind mit 4 Personen und einem kleinen Hund in die Ferienwohnung gezogen und haben es unterm Strich sehr genossen. Die Lage und Umgebung sind, abgesehen von der Hauptstraße 15m vom Balkon entfernt, sehr ruhig. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gediegen, komplett umzäunt/ummauert und erweckt den Eindruck einer 5 Sterne Wohnanlage. Die Betten waren alle frisch bezogen. Die Handtücher mussten wir jedoch waschen und die Böden waren auch schon sauberer. Bruno, der Gardien (quasi Concierge), und sein Team sind extrem freundlich, sehr zuvorkommend, und geben ihr bestes auch Gästen ohne Französisch-Kenntnisse jederzeit gerecht zu werden. Kontakt hatten wir direkt und auch per WhatsApp (mit deepl übersetzt) 😅 Paris erreichten wir primär mittels Bolt-Fahrern (durchaus empfehlenswert), in (je nach Verkehrslage) 25 bis 55 Minuten. Hunde kann man in der Anlage herum führen, sofern man ihre Hinterlassenschaften ordnungsgemäß entsorgt. Ausserhalb der Anlage (auch im benachbarten Rosengarten) sind Hunde eher weniger gern gesehen, respektive verboten. Es herrscht ein striktes Rauch und Vapeverbot in dem Appartement sowie auf den Balkonen. Insgesamt verlebten wir ein paar sehr ereignisreiche Tage, die wir nicht missen wollen. Tipp: Nehmen Sie auf jeden Fall eine kleine Menge Waschmittel, Geschirrspültabs und Tassimopads mit. Ein PKW kann innerhalb der Anlage geparkt werden. Dazu gibt es einen separaten Schlüssel, welcher das Tor öffnet.

Hideaway close to Paris and Versailles
On arrival to this condo, we were met by the property manager Bruno who did his best to communicate to us about the property. We did need to use Google translate with Bruno and he was so sweet and accommodating. We were a group of five, bedrooms provided enough space and having two showers was key,We bought fresh food locally and cooked. The challenges in the property were minor since we really stayed out late each night and used this property primarily for sleeping and recharging. Parking was challenging each, not very many spots within the property parking lot and street parking was limited too. Buy toilet paper and paper towels and napkins on your arrival (you’ll thank me later)-there was a few rolls of TP provided but it goes quick with one toilet for 5 people. It would have been helpful to have a manual to review how to work the stove top and microwave, and the washer/dryer. Google translate came in handy to figure it out but a “how to” manual would have saved so much time and been a nice touch, along with a list of local restaurants, gas and grocery stores nearby. Only 5 bath towels and 1 kitchen hand towel provided, Bruno went to the store and purchased wash clothes for bathing which was wonderful. Extra blankets for all rooms and hand towels would have been nice too. It was a little chilly but radiators came on. All in all good stay we would come back and explore again!

Ruhige Lage
Tolle, helle Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Der Check-In gleicht einer Schnitzeljagd. Wir waren zuerst am anderen Eingangstor und bekamen Hilfe von einer fremden Dame. Es ist eine schöne Wohnanlage mit einem innen liegenden Rosengarten.
