Nestled a few steps away from The Eiffel Tower, welcome to your new Parisian home! A luxury and comfortable home, where you can rest after a long day discovering Paris. This vibrant quarter is a captivating blend of classic and contemporary, offering a taste of the Parisian lifestyle at its finest. The iconic Eiffel Tower graces the skyline. The world-renowned Champs de Mars, with its open, green spaces, is your very own oasis in the midst of the bustling city.

The Space:
The apartment has:
- 1 Living room with 1 sofa bed
- 1 Fully equipped kitchen
- 1 Dining area with a table and 8 seats
- Bedroom 1 with one Queen bed
- Bedroom 2 with one Double bed
- Bedroom 3 with one Double bed
- Bedroom 4 with one Double bed
- 2 Bathrooms with shower. 1 WC is included in one bathroom
- 1 Separate WC

The apartment is comfortable for 8 people and a maximum of 10 people.

The sleeping arrangement is organized as follow, all bed and bath linen being provided:
Bedroom 1 with a 5***** queen bed high comfort mattresses
Bedroom 2 with a 5***** double bed high comfort mattresses
Bedroom 3 with a 5***** double bed high comfort mattresses
Bedroom 4 with a 5***** double bed high comfort mattresses

Living room : 2 people high-comfort sofa bed

The apartment is equipped with:
Air conditionning, TV, high speed Wifi
a washer dryer, a hair dryer, a dishwasher
a nespresso coffee machine, a water boiler, a toaster
a fridge, an induction plate, a microwave, pans and other cooking wares
a baby bed if needed

Guest Access:
Warning: It is very important to respect the common areas, please make sure to be quiet when you are heading out/going into the building.

Easy access : before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access of the apartment.

- You will find the keys of the apartment inside the Masterlock inside N°1
- The door to your apartment is on the second floor
- We will send you the code of the Masterlock before your arrival.
- Please take some time to carefully read the rules of the apartment that we have placed on the table of the kitchen

Since we are not on site, please take into account our travel time, in case of last minute booking. Example: reservation at 5pm for the day D, arrival at 7pm on the spot.

The Neighborhood:
Our prestigious neighborhood, graced by the iconic Eiffel Tower, exudes an air of opulence and sophistication. The Eiffel Tower inaugurated in 1889, a symbol of Parisian elegance, stands as a beacon of timeless magnificence, illuminating the surroundings with its nightly spectacle. Step into a world of luxury and sophistication, where boutique shops, gourmet restaurants, and trendy cafes line the charming streets, inviting you to savor the art of French cuisine and indulge in high-end shopping. Just a few step away from your flat , you will find The Champs de Mars. It is more than just a park, it's a sanctuary for leisure and relaxation, where you can enjoy leisurely strolls. This verdant oasis, adorned with meticulously maintained flowerbeds, epitomizes a life of extravagance in the heart of Paris. Our apartment is also conveniently located next to the Hôtel National des Invalides providing a convenient opportunity to explore its historical significance and the treasures it houses, including Napoleon's tomb. The neighborhood is very safe with The Eiffel Tower, The Champs de Mars and The Hôtel National des Invalides only few hundred meters away.

Getting Around:
Nearest Metro Station :
- La Motte Picquet Grenelle: 4 minutes: Ligne 6, 8, 10
- Volontaires: 12 minutes: Ligne 12
- 55 minutes to CDG : Line 6 then RERB
- 35minutes to Orly Airport by Taxi

Other Things to Note:
Check-in / Arrival : from 4pm => From 2pm you can leave your luggages in the apartment. The cleaning lady comes to clean the apartment between 11am and 4pm. The apartment will be fully ready at 4pm. If you arrive early in Paris, we can indicate you a paid locker service next to the apartment. Check-out / Departure : until 11am

We do not serve breakfast.
Cleaning is done before each arrival and after each departure only.

We are in a heritage building with sensitive neighbors. Please be careful during your stay to the house rules :
- no smoking in the apartment or in the building's courtyard
- no drugs
- no parties
- no music
- no persons other than those who have registered their identity cards
- no noise in the common areas of the building
- no animals
- no professional photo or video shoots

If one of the above house rules is not respected:
- A penalty of the full amount of the deposit will be charged
- The reservation will be cancelled as soon as the infraction is noticed and you will no longer be able to stay in the apartment

In order to guarantee compliance with these rules:
- You will be asked for photos of the identity documents of the people staying on site
- A separate deposit of 4000 Euros on Swikly will be made and sent to you and needs to be validated at least 48hours prior your arrival.

Finally, if the apartment keys are lost, € 170 will be charged.
