Noisy room, worst location, Ignored request.
Requested quiet room away from lift. On arrival given the worst room opposite main lift, very noisy all stay and disturbed sleep. Hotel said they did not receive hotels.com request for a quiet room on the booking form, but could have accommodated the request if they had been told earlier. I felt as we has not book direct with the hotel they put us in the worst room possible in spite!

The ambience was fun. Very magical. The rooms are cute. I like the little touches of character like the moon light on the wall. Bunkbeds were a fun touch as well. The shuttle to the train station/park was very convenient. Unfortunately, the shuttle didn't run early enough to take us to the train station for our train back home. Otherwise, no complaints.

Great place to stay close to Disneyland Paris! Very clean and great bar for the evenings, only downside would be the bus back to hotel after the Disneyland Parks close, very busy and unsafe!

A very nice stay with a family going to visit Disney. Great location. Lovely set up in the lobby area of the hotel. The family room was fine for the 4 of us. Not huge but it did the job. Food was not great and very overpriced. We ordered in deliveroo in the evenings instead. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again. Pool was also nice and warm all be it the water was looked a bit grubby and was a bit gritty.

The hotel lobby is a visually stunning experience, especially with the halloween decorations which were up during our visit. However that's where the positives end. We experienced poor service from the hotel staff when advising about issues with the room temperature. It was very hot and stuffy, but even though the connecting room had air conditioning, the staff were rude and dismissive, stating it's only heating. I was told to put the heating off and open the window; however when I advised that we had already done that, the engineer just muttered under his and left without even trying to help. Very poor attitude, won't be back.
