I would never stay here again. It looks so nice from the lobby, but then you go up to your room and its disgusting. The bed was dirty, the room had leftover articles from past guests (like their dirty socks), the bathtub wasn't clean and the water sprayed everywhere. The floor was ripped and torn, the bedskirts were stained and torn. The bed was uncomfortable. And the room was so noisy. It sounded like elephants were throwing a party above my head and you could hear the music from the lobby bar downstairs. The aircon didn't work so the room was stuffy, you couldn't open the windows for risk of someone coming in your room! the corridor to the room was full of filthy carpeting, cracked or broken furniture, and the ceiling had brown water stains all over it. I definitely wouldn't rate this a 4-star hotel. Plus, I tried to arrange for a shuttle by messaging the hotel and also calling them, and they said they had no shuttle so we had to figure out how to take the bus there. and then when we check-in they show a shuttle schedule and say, of course we have a shuttle. Overall terrible experience.

The people who work are nice and helpful but the condition of the hotel is horrible. I stayed in a room without fridge, closet, safety deposit box, no hair dryer. The room is a bed and bathroom. Far away from being 4 star hotel

I didn't like the fact that I have to pay for parking while the parking is in the property and is expensive €20 per day. The parking has to be free for customers.

The small distance from the airport made this the perfect location for our brief stay. We only stayed one night but if we knew the amenities of this location and had more time- this would have been a longer stay.

Rude staff and dated hotel.
Arrived at 11am and enquired if an early check-in was avaliable, staff would not even. Check if any rooms were ready, firmly (rudely) stating 2pm for check-in. At 2pm we were told the system was down and we could not check-in, finally able to check in at 3:45pm. Very dated property with so many maintenance issues, needs a re-vamp urgently.

You need to improve your shuttle service to the airport. When I arrived at the airport, I had to walk an EXTRA 45 minutes to get to my terminal!!!!!I could have missed my flight.Tell your drivers to drop guests off at their individual terminal!!!!!

It is a beautiful property, so it should be kept up more. There were some rooms that had paints chips and needed to be repainted. But the beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean.

Short but not so sweet stay...
I had to wait for the airport shuttle for an hour as it did not come to the assigned area that I was at. It became very frustrating, and the driver was very confrontational when I addressed my situation. The check-in was courteous, but my room was a long way from the elevator after being very tired from traveling since 530am and it was late at night. The room was very old and outdated but clean. I was not staying long and wanted to get some rest before an early wakeup call to go back to the airport. Someone across the hall was fighting with someone else inside a room which was disturbing. It was bit of a difficult stay, but the check-out was easy, and the morning driver was very nice and helpful in getting me to my correct ticket counter.
