The email from the hotel with the instructions on how to get from the airport was very helpful and timely. The shuttle bus was convenient. Very convenient as an airport hotel.

The property was beautiful and convenient, however our toilet was dirty with poop and we had to call twice to have someone clean it. When the service person came in she appeared to be annoyed and bothered. She slammed the toilet seat down after she cleaned it and left. Then we had to call again because the toilet was clogged . The bed was really hard and we couldn’t get the heater on it was really cold in the room.

-Showers without doors-water goes all over the place including running to the room -hotel looks old-doors are pealing and inside room looks old -breakfast was cold -all of it -Omelet staff rude, they didnt do what I requested for my food -check out staff rude, no kindness and spoke rude to me, PERHAPS BECAUSE I AM AMERICAN???? Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere! COMPLETE MEDIOCRACY

The service was excellent and the hotel super clean. They can all speak English and make you feel welcome. We got there a bit earlier and they took our luggage in while we went out to eat. Our room was beautiful and clean but a bit small for a family of four. We had to be creative about were to put our luggage to have space to walk around.
