This is a small one bedroom apartment just a few steps from the heart of the legendary Rue Cler pedestrian street made famous by its fresh food shops and Bistros. Here you are midway between the Invalides Museum (where Napoleon I is buried), the Quai Branly Museum for indigenous art and the Champs de Mars park with the Eiffel Tower. This is a high value residential district that is home to many diplomats, French government administrators, and academics from the nearby American University. It has easy access to transportation with the Ecole Militaire metro station and bus lines 69, 80, 28, and 920
The apartment which is on the first level ( second american ) of a XIX century building consists of a fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer and a table for 2, a bedroom with a hotel quality queen size ( 160cm*200cm or 65*80 inches ) bed, closet, tv and desk and a small bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. kitchen and bedroom opens with 2 windows on a quiet and large courtyard planted with trees therefore is away from street noise. you can sleep with windows open. both windows close with wooden shutters.

The apartment comes with free WI-Fi and free cable TV .

The all-inclusive rental fee covers quality linens and towels.

The location is very convenient to tour Paris. It is a walking distance (less than or around five minutes) to eiffel tower, museum du quai branly, invalides, rodin museum) . The Hidden Gem
Location was awesome, steps to Rue Cler, minutes walk to Eiffel Tower! Comfortable bedroom, hot water galore, beautiful Juliet balconies to let the birds’ songs float in! Lovely loaded kitchen with tons of space! Gorgeous courtyard entrance. All was lovely and would recommend it to anyone! Thank you!

GREAT LOCATION
For anyone who loves food the proximately to rue Cler is a bonus. The only downside to this apartment was a very unpleasant smell every time you entered. I did mention this to the owner by text. Hopefully this will be remedied for future guests. I also suggested that a small toaster oven would be a good idea as there is no oven to reheat food that does not reheat well in a microwave.

The location is amazing. Rue Cler is great for grabbing food to go or sitting down and watching people walk by. Easy access to Metro Station and short walk to Eiffel Tower. Place is very small, but that’s all we needed.

Wonderful place to spend a week in Paris. Excellent communication from the day of booking. Everything you need to get a taste of Paris living. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable bed. Fast wifi. If you can't enjoy your stay here, there's probably not much in life you enjoy....

Don’t stay here.
A very disappointing experience. Although the unit is in a great area (Rue Cler). The bath towels & kitchen towels were disgusting & need to be replaced! Bed linens had holes in them, pillows were atrocious. TV was difficult to use. Called to see if host could ‘walk us thru’ the process to get it working. He said it was not a good time, was too busy to help! Offered to FaceTime us later to walk us through the process but never followed through. No working fire alarm in unit. Host claims it’s too much trouble if it goes off! Wouldn’t recommend this property.

Location, Location, Location!
Rue Cler is no doubt my favorite street in all of Paris, and I've stayed near Rue Cler every time I've visited Paris. This unit is just off Rue Cler, as in a few hundred feet around the corner. The unit is on the first floor ("second floor" as we Americans call it), up a short flight of stairs. Is it small? Yes. However, how much time do I really spend in my room? Only to sleep... and that's not much, because I'm in Paris, after all. If you do want to cook, there's a two-burner stove and adequate pots/pans and utensils. I did cook one night, because there was some amazingly fresh fish at the fish market on Rue Cler, so I could not resist. Other than that, there's no shortage of cafes, bistros, and brasseries within walking distance. Check in was a breeze; the rental manager showed up exactly at the time stated. Check out was a breeze. No issues when I was there. I can't say enough good things about this unit. It is perfectly located next to hundreds of restaurants. If you are looking to meet locals, there is no shortage of residential units all around you. And if you are a fan of architecture, it does not get much better than Paris. My advice: book this unit before someone else does!

Perfect!!!
We absolutely loved Olivier‘s apartment! Only one flight of stairs! That is very rare in Paris! I the place had a beautiful room with a comfortable bed. Shutters and blinds on both windows, a beautiful view, and clean. The kitchen had everything needed! Bottle opener, bread knife, steak knives, dishes for serving, dish rags, stove top fridge and microwave! We absolutely loved it, and will definitely rent again! Thanks Olivier!!! A+!

Not a peaceful stay
Great location, and Oliver was responsive and easy to communicate with, however the apartment was advertised as quiet and it was anything but. I was kept up to 3 and 4 am multiple times by the loud upstairs neighbours. Such loud jumping that the light fixtures would rattle and shake and earplugs made no difference. Also during the day there would also be intermittent construction work being done to the outside of the building which was very loud. Also I did not see a working smoke alarm in the apartment which is concerning.

Great little character apartment in a tiny boutique complex that is small and sweet. Clean, with all the amenities. Tiny bathroom, but certainly it's fine. High-end cotton sheets on the bedding for comfort. Loved that it looks out over a courtyard, with birds singing in the fruit tree. Super quiet area, but the best part is Rue Cler for all your food if you want to eat at home. Professional and organized communication with owner. 100% recommended.

Great apartment — super close to anything you’ll need when visiting Paris!
This was a wonderful place to stay! The neighborhood was a 5 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, around the corner from the Metro & was steps away from many bakeries, eateries & coffee shops! Olivier was very helpful and even gave advice on getting around. Thanks Olivier for a lovely place to stay!

Nice home away from home
This apartment is in a very central location, next to a metro, great for walking. There are many great restaurants in the area. You almost don't need to leave the neighborhood, unless you want to see more of the city. The process was efficient and non-intrusive. The only thing I would advise, is nobody told us that the washing machine has a very long cycle. We started a load in the evening, and it was still running at 2 am! We stopped the cycles because I was worried about bothering neighbors with the noise. Other than that, great little place.
