Rosewood cottage is a charming little house sitting in the middle of town. It consists of three bedrooms and one bath with a fully stocked kitchen, a with a desk and monitor and a washer and dryer available for use.

Pets (up to 2 dogs/less than 25 pounds) are allowed for an additional $40 fee (goes to the cleaning staff). Please make sure that you click the number of people and add your friend!

The driveway is long and wide enough for 2 trucks and trailers for your atvs/SXS. There are 3 outdoor security cameras covering the driveway, front yard/driveway, and back door. These cameras can be disabled upon request.

Shelter from the Storm [Really just Rain]
We came up to visit friends and see the Fall foliage. Unfortunately, it rained incessantly and was cold the whole time we were in Arkansas. Nevertheless, the house was perfect for our friends to come visit us for an afternoon. The house was well-furnished. The host/owner responded quickly and appropriately to all of our questions. There is a nice fenced in backyard that I wish we could have used, but rain prevented it. We would stay here again without hesitation and enthusiastically recommend it.

Such a nice little house.
Overall the stay was good, beds could be updated, they squeaked really bad when my kids would move or roll over. The living room and front porch are so spacious for the whole family. Would stay again or recommend to other friends and family.

Nice quiet neighborhood, anything and everything you need can be found in the kitchen. Not only were the dishes, glasses and silverware nice, there were non-stick, good quality pots and pans. The bedding, blankets and towels were great. There were also tons of cleaning products, vacuum cleaners and brooms. This house had it all! Perfect swing on the porch and a great backyard for the dog. Jeremy was quick to respond to any questions and provided everything we needed. Hope to be back again next year!

Perfect house with everything you need to enjoy your stay.
This house was amazing. It was perfect for myself, husbsnd and his 3 children. The dogs loved the huge fenced in backyard. Its in a pleasant and safe feeling neighborhood. This host had everything we needed for our stay. Definitely want to come back next year.

Rented this house for a place for my dogs and I to stay while visiting family in Ft Smith . Ended up being shocked about the value for the money and how nice it was . It was very nice and clean . I definitely will stay there again . I will give it five stars !
