Not really 4 star hotel in every each way, room smelled awful, only the next day it got cleaned, there is no light in the kitchenette. One of the receptionist, was not very polite, and was reluctant to speak in English, even though we were struggling in French, overall it is a 3 star hotel

We had arranged the shuttle to take us to the airport and when we went down for the shuttle it had already left without us. The room was fairly clean but not the cleanest hotel. It worked for a layover but wouldn’t stay there again.

POOR when it comes to the shuttle they are booking lots of people in one trip though on time but they didn't even notify as even giving leeway for the departure.There was one lady staff who was helpful to us especially during checking in. Big thanks to her.

This property has a sign that appeared in my hotel.com and on the front sign that noted it was a 4 star hotel. Far from it. Drab, crappy furniture, run down. We had trouble at being understood at the check in. They did not note my request for shuttle service to the airport. Dinner consisted of casarole dishes on heaters. The airport drop off was far from my terninal. Bad experience. And, the whole thing was expensive.

In th box 2 plates and other tools without glasses.The administration 's politic is clear. Make it thought enough. Instead they want you to buy18 € burgers or 25-€ buffet.

This place was a short ride to the airport and we had a quick dinner and a good nights rest before heading out early to the airport. The staff was great with answering questions and the transport was great also both from and to the airport. it worked out great for us just needing a short layover to catch our next flight.
