This property has a sign that appeared in my hotel.com and on the front sign that noted it was a 4 star hotel. Far from it. Drab, crappy furniture, run down. We had trouble at being understood at the check in. They did not note my request for shuttle service to the airport. Dinner consisted of casarole dishes on heaters. The airport drop off was far from my terninal. Bad experience. And, the whole thing was expensive.

No light in the kitchenette, no co covers, no plate, no glass, nothing. You have to give an account of 10 euros to receive almost nothing. In th box 2 plates and other tools without glasses.The administration 's politic is clear. Make it thought enough. Instead they want you to buy18 € burgers or 25-€ buffet.

This place was a short ride to the airport and we had a quick dinner and a good nights rest before heading out early to the airport. The staff was great with answering questions and the transport was great also both from and to the airport. it worked out great for us just needing a short layover to catch our next flight.

The room smelled awful. Like a dirty bathroom or dirty cat liter. I pulled back the sheets on the bed to check out the cleanliness. There was blood on sheet. I called the front desk. She said she would get it taken care of. We returned later in the evening and it had not been touched. I walked to the front desk to ask for assistance. The gentleman said he did not have the key to housekeeping supplies and could not do anything. I asked for a new room. He said there were none. The hotel was full. So I asked for an extra towel so I didn’t have to sleep on the blood spotted sheet. There was hair on the bathroom floor that was clearly not ours. So the cleanliness was clearly very poor. The positive was the breakfast was good and had nice options. The shuttle bus was helpful. But only goes to one terminal.

Communication was not great and I had to get Expedia involved twice. The Hotel sent a link out prior which didn’t work and I tried on it two different browsers. Once I arrived to the shuttle for pick up there’s a code on the actually sign on a white label maker strip that’s hard to see that you have to give the hotel when you phone for pick up. Otherwise the room really is spacious and it served my purpose of a short stay.

Shuttle bus service was not good They said shuttle bus would run until 10:30 pm and we called at 9:55 pm, however, they did not come to pick us up so we had to take a taxi to go back the hotel

Nice hotel near airport. Didn’t need all the amenities like dishwasher, oven, etc. Communication was tough trying to get shuttle calling from airport, concierge hung up on me cause I was frustrated and she wouldn't transfer me to someone who could explain the place to get shuttle. Would stay there again!

It was nice that they served breakfast lunch and dinner, because I didn't see any restaurants around. The meals were pricey/ But they also offered some microwavable options to heat up in the room. That was thoughtful and convenient. The place was clean and comfortable enough, but seemed a little run down.
