Things to note:

-Events or gatherings over 20 must be discussed with owner before booking.

-The nightly price is for up to 20 people. If more than 20 people are expected to come to the property, for nightly use or DAY use, we do charge $50 per every person over 20.

-Events under 50 people ARE allowed. We do not allow events over 50 people. An event fee does apply. Please message for details before booking.

-We keep the pool warmed at 70 degrees but can be warmed up for an additional $75 dollars per day to get it up to 85-90. (2 day minimum)- April through October. (Pool is only open if weather permits and this can be past April or before October)

-RV's are allowed for an additional $35 dollars per day with no hook up. Or, $50 dollars per day with water and electric hooked up. There is room for up to four RV's. Three can be hooked up at the same time.)

-A rental contract is required to be read over and signed upon reservation.

-We do not provide propane so please bring your own or use one of our tanks to fill up in town.

-The top bunks of our bunk beds are not made. This helps our cleaners with time between guests. Linens, blankets and pillows are provided for your convenience. Beds can be made for an additional fee of $100. Please message at least 48 hours in advance for beds to be made.

-There are 2 security cameras on the property. One over the front door and one in the backyard over the man cave door. Both are outside and are there for security and safety purposes.

-We do not allow street parking. There is plenty of room for up to 15 cars in the driveway and on the dirt road to the right of the house.

-The ice maker does not work. Please plan accordingly.
