The grounds are unkept. There was dig poop in the parking lot that I stepped in. There are weeds all up to the front of the hotel. It wouldn’t take much upkeep to fix that. Put in ricks or wild perennials or something. The rooms were nice and clean.

The hotel was fine and the accommodations were also fine. However, they were doing some maintenance somewhere right below us in the ceiling (our floor) with impact drivers and similar. This started before 7:30 am and the night before was after 8 pm. When I said something to the front desk, they gave apologies and said they would say something. I did not feel like this was real. Also, I am an IHG member and nothing was offered in the way of points or anything. Also, no points are given for booking through Expedia. Overall, it was just OK.

Great stay The great stuff: 1. Free hot breakfast that had eggs(omelets and scrambled, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, etc. Cold was muffins, bagels, fruit, yogurts(few different kinds) etc. 2. Good coffee and tea available. 3. Pet friendly(had I known, I’d have taken my pet) 4. BIG room, great water pressure & heated up really well. 5. Very Friendly and helpful staff. 6. Everything was so close and so convenient. The only issues I had were: 1. my toilet broke, but they fixed it so quick! They were very polite and very quick to get maintenance in to fix it. 2. There was a rip/hole in the carpet in my room. 3. The hot-tub was out of order.

During our stay we had gotten horribly sick and needed assistance with our restroom. We had tried to solve the issue ourselves, but was unable to. We had asked the front desk multiple times to get help since we were so sick and needed our restroom, but each time they gave no help. They only said that maintenance was gone, and they would have someone check in the morning. They never offered another room with a functioning restroom or had maintenance come at all.

We stayed from Sunday May 5th to Tuesday May 7, NOT the dates listed on the left. We were there for a funeral . The coffee was awful, and I wish there was an alternative to the soft feather pillows.
