Key Features:

SKI ACCESS: To ski-out simply walk out the back door, slide through the back fence (see photo) and onto the ski access trail. Follow this trail down to the Sunrise lift, the village and the gondola. On the way back home, simply ski half way down the Retreat trail and take a right on the ski-access trail (Timbers) that leads right back to the house.
*Free shuttle service - If for any reason you miss a turn during your "Ski In," don't worry, the free on-demand CVMA shuttle is available to you from 7 AM to 10 PM during the winter, at no charge. It will take you anywhere in the Canyons Village. Simply download the ‘Canyons Village Connect” app. Create an account, and then you can request complimentary rides to and from the house or anywhere in the village. To travel outside the Canyons Village, check out the High Valley Transit app for complimentary rides.

Spacious Accommodations: This inviting property boasts 6 ensuite bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 18 guests. Each bedroom is designed with cozy furnishings and modern mountain-inspired decor for a restful night's sleep. Plenty of space if you have to work. A dedicated office with ultra wide curved monitor and printer. Two other desks in home. One with another printer. For convenience there are 3 laundry rooms. One on each floor.

1-car garage with plenty of parking on driveway. 2 car garage is for owners use only.
5 gas fireplaces for your use. The 2 wood burning fireplaces are not allowed to be used and shut in.
We do allow children, although the home is not child proof.
There are cleaning supplies in all 3 laundry rooms.
Kids under the age of 16 are not allowed in the workout room or hot tub without adult supervision.
