Great location but hotel need to be updated and room smells like cigarettes. No windows can be opened and thermostats weren’t working. We finally made then change the filters and that helped with cooling.

Should not be a 5 star hotel.
The location is amazing and in a walking distance to all park city main street. BUT the information about the hotel is inaccurate. this hotel does not have a restaurant, does not have a spa and the staff is very inconsistent about services. unfortunately we had multiple issues in our room which they send in someone to fix soon but the fact that they are rated as a 5 star hotel is questionable. If you are trying to book hear you should call them multiple times and maybe record the converstaion. I wish I did.

Enjoyed our stay. Stayed in a deluxe 2BR and the rooms were huge. The unit was very clean, bed was super comfortable and the fireplace in the main room was so cozy. Only downside was the water pressure in the showers and the dim lights in the bathrooms. Overall - a lovely stay close to everything!

The property was well maintained and conveniently located near the Town Lift (about 2 or 3 blocks to walk) and restaurants. Our unit had 2 bedrooms, and a mini kitchen so we could make breakfast and be off to the slopes. There was a coffee shop nearby (Atticus) and at night we would walk to the restaurants on Main St. We utilized the underground parking garage for an extra $40 per night. We stored our skis/poles in the lobby as they had a container - I also noticed lockers in the garage level. The hot tub on the balcony was nice as was the standing tub in the master bath. The only complaint I had was that the living room was a little dark at night - we are avid readers. Overall, we had a great time!
