We are local and stayed here right before Christmas. We really enjoyed the well stocked room and the friendly staff. The pool and hot tubs made the trip for us; it was the perfect way to spend the evening. We also had fun at the hotel bar and enjoyed breakfast in the morning. The front desk staff are so helpful, a visit to the Chateaux has become an annual tradition for us. Edward goes above and beyond. The cleaning crew are also outstanding.

Amazing, my kids loved it… at check in they all got q gift, the valet personnel where very welcoming and friendly. The kids also loved the fire pits with marshmallows!!!

Anniversary getaway

Overall, it was a good stay. Our fireplace in our main room would not work. We had maintenance come fix it, and it still continued not to stay on. So disappointed we didn’t have a fireplace to enjoy.

I am not sure if it is because I booked through Expedia, but I felt like everything was below par. The front desk clerk was friendly and I appreciated his kindness. My room was frankly underwhelming and did not look like ANY of the photos (very small, dark, windows covered by bushes). I had reserved a much nicer room and was very disappointed. I did get a ride through their shuttle service and that person was kind and down to earth. The next morning I went to breakfast and the service was terrible, as if they couldn’t be bothered with me. Later I was sitting in the lobby near the fireplace and was “ushered” out by a woman stating the space was being photographed, I’d have to go somewhere else. My time at The Chateau was not welcoming or luxurious as I had planned based on the reviews and photos.
