I had a great, restful night before an early flight. The room was clean, well appointed and comfortable. I didn't have high hopes when I checked in. The staff was more interested in talking with each other than getting to me so I could check in, but once they finished their conversation and got to me, everything went well. I would choose to stay there again.

I liked that it was near the airport. I liked that the room was large. The bathroom was ok but the tub did not drain well. The towels were thin. The air conditioner had a very hard time cooling the room and it did not matter if it was set to High or Low, it blew the same air speed. The staff was very nice and it was very close to the airport.

Big room, comfy bed. Freezer/Fridge & Microwave! Ice machine on my floor did not work. No Continental Breakfast, which I was aware of, but might be a reason to go elsewhere. Staff differed when talking about concierge service. Gentleman at check-out ruined all the positives rest of staff had provided.

The property was dated and clean, but housekeeping was not on top of their game. We checked in and didn't have towels and had to call 3 times and got to the front desk to get them, poor management. But the staff was nice, could have been an off day?

Okay so i will be honest here. I have been goung to this hotel every week for 8 months,as i have to travel to Portland weekly. I like the cleanliness of the hotel,and the rooms are very nice ,spacious, has like a nice living room ,kitchen space,comfortable beds,not just a room. That being said ,its a very comfortable stay.My advice is to the staff at the front desk,coming from a person who stays at this hotel every week,before it was taken over by new management two/three weeks ago. You all need to be more courteous, its such a big difference walking into the hotel,and not seeing pleasant smiling faces! I was standing waiting to be assisted, and the female with black hair,that was at the front desk while the other female was assisting another customer, did not even look at me,its like i didn’t even exist,very rude and unprofessional! Remember customers pay your bills, and reviews build your business, be careful! If it wasn't convenient for me ,as its close to my College, i would never go back there,but i hope they will be better.I miss the smiling faces ,and kind,sweet employees that were there before new management took over,you should have kept that staff,just my opinion. PS: I didn’t stay for the first two weeks when new management took over before the price was increased tremendously, but i realized the price went back down so i stayed last week.

Best value for my dollar in a long long time, nothing great in this old Shiloh property but check in was great and the employee was courteous. Big room that was comfortable. Great rate in relation to adjoining properties.
