Welcome to Parksville! This rancher is a freshly renovated 3 bedroom cozy cottage located right downtown. Just steps away from the beach, restaurants, shopping, and much more! Two full bedrooms (one with king size bed) as well as an office/den that doubles as a third bedroom with a queen-size bed. Whether you're visiting Parksville to enjoy the beaches and outdoors, or lodging for a visit to Mount Washington, this place has terrific proximity to all great things on Vancouver Island. Please note: if your stay falls on a collection day we may ask you to pull garbage, recycling, or food waste bins to the curb outside during your stay, we will reach out to you beforehand. Great Stay
Our group of family and friends really appreciated this property. Beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms and really functional kitchen. We also loved the wild overgrown yard with grape vines and fruit trees.

Great for long family vacation
Do to the water use advisory, I understand the overgrown front yard but inside the home was great. AC in every room minus one off the dining room just don’t close the door. We only had the time for a nights stay but this would be great for a longer stay for families.

This property was perfect for our family of four (kids are 12 & 14). We had enough space for our ski, bike and other sports gear, kids had their own rooms (very comfy beds) and we felt cozy relaxing in front of the fire place. We have been visiting my parents in Parksville for over 20 years and now that we travel with so much gear it was nice to have our own space and be only a few minutes away from them. We walked to the beach each day and local shopping is close by. Paul was very responsive to any questions we had. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We hope to be back again.

This place was immaculately clean, we were very impressed. Great location and house layout for anyone travelling with a family. Only thing that needs attention is the yard; I would have loved for the kids to roam and explore the backyard but it was overgrown and had thorny bushes. Otherwise we loved our stay 😊

Quaint and Quiet
First impressions are very deceiving. The yard is very overgrown and messy and could do with a good cleanup. The inside of the house was a very pleasant surprise. Most of it is newly renovated and very clean. Kitchen is extremely well stocked with everything you need. There is a covered patio in the back. It is close to the community beach, grocery store and downtown. We were whyite happpy there and would return.

Great location just off the main road in Parksville, 5 min to the park and beach. House was older but updated inside. only odd thing was the stove. Seemed like it was added in the kitchen afterwards with no counter space on either side.

Wonderful holiday home!
We just got back from our 2nd stay at this awesome vrbo. We love how nice it is to come "home" to after busy days seeing the sights of the island! It has everything needed to make it feel inviting, comfortable & relaxing. And only a 5 minute walk to the beach and playground to finish off the day! It was a definite 5 star stay last year, and was exactly that again this year!

Just to name a few highlights - upgraded applicants and recently renovated - great linen and towels - spacious rooms - clean all around - walking distance to beach - central location - kids loved it! Highly recommended for a family
Myself, my husband and 2 very young children stayed here for 4 nights. This house was perfect for our family! It was very clean, had all the amenities we required as well as was nicely renovated/decorated. As well it was in a great location and walking distance to the beach, parks and a few restaurants. My 3 year old son especially loved the outdoor space, there is lots of garden space to run around and play hide and seek in :) We highly recommend this house and communicating with the owner Paul was very easy and great! Five stars for sure!
