Santa Maria Modern Stone Villa

At Santa Maria (Lageri), the islands' most stunning beach, you will find your vacation dream home.
A 2000 square metre plot, with the most amazing verdant garden surrounding the traditionally designed villa built with the native to Paros and quite rare red stone.The villa features 3 floors with a total of 250 square metres and 200 square metres of balconies and fretwork from which you can enjoy 3 different views ( The Gulf of Naoussa, The Kolibithres, the island of Naxos). The first floor features 3 bedroom, 2 of which have couches, and the third room can accommodate 1 adult or 2 small chidren, all of the rooms are equipped with roomy closets. This floor also has 2 bathrooms, the main bathroom features a large shower and theres also a smaller WC. In this floor you will also find the washing room aswell as a cozy fully equiped living room. Up next is the second floor, here you will find the main sitting room featuring 2 large couches and a fireplace. The dining room is also situated here, it has the capacity to serve up 11 guests. Right next to the dining room you will find the kitchen fully equipped with modern appliances and cooking utensils. The kitchen is also connected with a sheltered outdoor bbq space. This floors' porces are 80 square metres and entail a bamboo sitting room and marmble dining table with a capacity to serve up to 11. There are also outdoor shower facilities and an outdoor 2 spot parking space. All of the floors are accessible throught a stone staircase. The third and final floor features the master bedroom which is equipped with its' own bathroom, tv, fireplace and stone closets. The bedroom is circled by 120 square metre of porches, 2 of which feature built in couches and the third one features a living room with a built couch and table. Every floor can be autonomously air conditioned and there is Wi-fi. The house is also equiped with a solar water heater.The Main building, the garage and the garden are all amplty lighted. The plot and the villa are situated as to provide uninhibitted view on all four spots of the horizon while retaining complete autonomy.
The villa is 500m away from Santa Maria beach and 150m from the beautifull Ksifara beach.The bus stop is a mere 100m away.The closest restaurant is 120m away, all of them quite easily accesible on foot. The nearest market hub is 2km away and features a supermarket, bakery, drug store, bookshop, cafe, atm. The airport is 17km away. The port is 11km away. Maintance personel(landscaper, housekeeping) once a week is included in the price.

The Greek Environmental Fee is 10 Euros per night, is not included in the price and has to be collected at the property from the guest.
