Our stay at Lake Rancid
Terrible arrival, wrong address on paperwork supplied, had to walk across town, hunt down telephone number for the office which was closed during opening hours. Finally received keys, room had no double bed, lack of kettle and toaster, cupboard doors hanging off, cracked tiles, mould in bathroom. No good for couples, double bed advertised and no double bed in any of the three rooms we booked. Probably ok for large groups of young people looking for cheap accommodation but families and couples stay away.

Nasty!
While this apartment block is about 100 metres from the ski plaza the condition of the building and the apartment that we were allocated was awful. Dangerous entrance due to tiled floors and melting snow, same as in apartment - just a matter of time before someone has an accident. Our apartment was shabby, heating and TV didn't work and reception staff really not interested in assisting with anything. Place seemed to have paper thin walls and was incredibly noisy. We lasted about 3 hours before we moved out and checked into another hotel just up the road. The price for a week in this apartment block might be attractive (cheap) but don't get caught out. It was truly awful.

Good location but loud as next door to a nightclub
Overall the apartment was good. Decent size and enough amenities for a self catering appt. Close to the slopes which was a bonus however being so close ment being close to some bars and the main nightclub was situated next door so if you are wanting a good nights sleep be aware this is not likely to happen. Noise continued until the early hours. If you are young and looking for a ski filled, booze filled holiday then this is perfect. My only dissapointment was against the instructions given for checking in. I was told on my email confirmation to call the number provided 24 hrs before. I did this and was instructed to call a number once we arrived. When we arrived we headed to what we thought was Appartment Lake Placid going from the image on google maps but it wasn't it was lake placid 80. The receptionist was very unhelpful and just said sorry i'm closed this isn't lake placid 3000 but read the sign. We did which was not clear at all. Lake Placid is not one building with aparts but a company that have multiple appts all round Pas. I tried to call the number provided the day before and it just rang and rang. Only by asking a group of people (luckily) we found we had to go to an office to pick up the keys. Very bad instructions from the confirmation email so please be aware. At one point from lack of instruction we were unsure whether we had a bed for the night. However once we were finally in the place was good. We stayed in the Sky Appartment.

Como siempre.
Estuvimos 9 dias, como cada verano, pasamos unos dias en Pas, y normalmente en estos apartamentos. eramos dos, reservamos un apartamento para 4 y nos dieron uno para 6...genial. Poca higiene, muebles rotos, faltaban instrumentos de cocina, pero para el precio, bien. A ver si hay suerte el aƱo que viene y nos gtoca uno con balcon...despues de 20 aƱos aun no la hemos tenido...

RĆ©ception situĆ© Ć  15 minutes de l'hĆ“tel et taxe de sĆ©jour surprise de 25ā‚¬ pour 4 personnes + caution de 150ā‚¬ en cas de dĆ©gradation !! Bienvenue en Andorre !!. Propre mais literie trĆØs trĆØs mauvaise, nous avons du mettre les matelas par terre pour dormir. Salle de bain et Ć©lec vĆ©tustes ++ Dommage, les appartements pourraient ĆŖtre supers car de bonne taille avec beaucoup de rangement.

Appartement trĆØs bien situĆ©, bien Ć©quipĆ©, parking bien situĆ© mais petit, il faut viser les laces lorsqu'elles se libĆØrent. Trop grandes luminositĆ© de nuit due au manque de volets ou de rideaux occultant. Sinon, accueil trĆØs agrĆ©able et trĆØs souple.

Lo peor de lo peor no es ni comparable a esto
Reservamos este alojamiento por error. TenĆ­a abiertas varias opciones y me equivoquĆ©, no puedo decir otra cosa. Finalmente y dado que la reserva era no reembolsable, decidimos acudir. Nada mĆ”s llegar, una persona de los alojamientos nos atendiĆ³ por telĆ©fono maravillosamente bien, indicĆ”ndonos dĆ³nde tenĆ­amos que recoger las llaves y cĆ³mo llegar al alojamiento porque OJO SI VIAJAS DESDE ESPAƑA!! NO HAY ROAMING!! Dicho esto, aquĆ­ acaban los puntos positivos. El alojamiento es un despropĆ³sito. Puede que si decides ir en temporada de esquĆ­ con un grupo de amigos te lo pases bien, es mĆ”s: cumple su funciĆ³n concreces, sin embargo para viajar en pareja parece la casa del terror. Nada mĆ”s abrir el sobre con la llave tienes una lista de 50 cosas por las que te pueden levantar los 90 euros de finanza, incluyendo que no laves los platos correctamente (los que habĆ­a allĆ­ tenĆ­a un dedo de roƱa) o que no ordenes correctamente el apartamento a la salida, algo inaudito contando con que deben de tener servicio de limpieza. La calefacciĆ³n brilla por su ausencia y las camas de matrimonio parace que tambiĆ©n: tuvimos que juntar el sofĆ” con uno de los somieres. Entre la cama y el frĆ­o parecĆ­a aquello una acampada al aire libre. El dĆ­a siguiente decidimos pirarnos de allĆ­ rumbo a francia pese a perder una noche. No sabĆ­amos dĆ³nde dejar las llaves, no nos atendĆ­a nadie por telĆ©fono ni whatsapp ni habĆ­a wifi ni portero. Estuvimos 2 horas hasta que un huĆ©sped nos lo explicĆ³. Un completo DESASTRE.

Un Ć©tablissement qui n'a pas su bien vieillir
DĆ©cevant car on a dĆ» faire 30 km aller-retour pour aller chercher la clĆ© dans une agence. Et se dĆ©brouiller seul pour dĆ©couvrir l'appartement, avec des problĆØmes d'ouverture de porte. L'Ć©tablissement est dĆ©suet et triste. De plus, l'agence n'a pas voulu que l'on rĆØgle sur place mais on a eu Ć  payer 25% de frais en complĆ©ment qui n'Ć©taient pas mentionnĆ©s lors de la rĆ©servation.

Bonjour! DƩƧue Ć  l'arrivĆ©e Ć  la rĆ©ception car le personnel ne parle pas du tout franƧais, pas aimable et un tarif diffĆ©rent du mien (169,85 au lieu de 138,60)donc il y a eu des coups de fils et on a dĆ» attendre. DĆ©cue aussi car il y avait 1 parking pour Appartementos 3000 Ć  10euros/jours qui ne nous a pas Ć©tĆ© proposĆ© donc au lieu de 20euros j'ai payĆ© 38euros, pratiquement le double pour avoir laissĆ© la voiture le vendredi vers 21h et reprise le dimanche vers 9h3O (mĆŖme pas 2jrs). ArrivĆ©e Ć  l'appartement, la tĆ©lĆ© ne marchait pas, une petite lampe non plus ; le mĆ©nage pas top, de la poussiĆØre, les alĆØzes tachĆ©es et un appartement pas franchement au norme (des fils Ć©lectrique qui pendent, un radiateur d'appoint). Correct sur l'espace mais un manque de rangement dans la cuisine et dans la salle de bain et autres. Par contre un confort agrĆ©able en chaleur et bien placĆ© pour l'accĆ©s aux pistes et pour dĆ©charger les bagages. DĆ©solĆ© pour toutes ces remarques mais je ne pouvais rien dire. Cordialement

Un accueil dĆ©testable, la personne Ć  l'accueil nous disant d'aller au bureau de l'agence mais refusant de nous indiquer ou se trouve cette agence!!! Il est 17h Ć  ce moment! Un commerƧant de la ville finit par nous indiquer le lieu de l agence, lĆ  l'accueil fut correct, on nous remis les clefs.....on repart avec les bagages et une personne Ć¢gĆ©e ayant des difficultĆ©s Ć  marcher! . Retour Ć  l'apparthotel mais la clef n'est pas la bonne , il est 19h passĆ©!! Je repars en courant Ć  l'agence ayant peur qu'elle soit fermĆ©e! AprĆØs mes explications et des coups de tĆ©lĆ©phone, on me donne une nouvelle clef, je reviens Ć  l'appart hotel, et enfin la porte s'ouvre. Nous espĆ©rions un peu de repos, mais hĆ©las Ć  la vue de l'appart la colĆØre nous est montĆ©e au nez. La saletĆ© et l'Ć©tat gĆ©nĆ©ral de celui-ci est lamentable, de la poussiĆØre partout, une odeur insupportable une brosse Ć  balai sans manche! un lit superposĆ© sans Ć©chelle, sans rambarde de sĆ©curitĆ© et cerise sur le gĆ¢teau, les lattes du sommier tombant dĆ©s que l'on touche au matelas! Pas assez de drap ni de couverture, en fait nous Ć©tions 4 et il n'y en avait que pour 2 !!!!! Bref je dĆ©conseille vivement cet hĆ“tel odieux et lamentable.
