No mirror in the bathroom. Outlets didn’t work. Air barely worked. It’s what you get for the pay

I didn't like that I wasn't able to ever check in and had to get a room elsewhere because there was no one at the front desk or on the other end of any phone number given therefore having to pay for a place or service I didn't receive because it was no refundable..

We have camera's around the property and our Lobby is open 24 hours A day, but we didn't see anyone coming..Thank you .

Pet extortion policy

I booked a pet friendly hotel. When I walked into the lobby to check in the first thing I see is a sign saying "no pets". When I said I booked a pet friendly hotel they asked if it was through hotels.com to which I said yes. Was told either the $50 or no refund cancel since it was less than 24 hrs out from check in. This is extortion! Absolutely dishonest and disgusting behavior.

The desk clerk that talked to this guest told her on the phone we are not pet friendly she tried to fool the person who checked her in. and also she get back her deposit with out per charge.

Was that was asked if I had a pet with me and after answering no was still made to give a $50 deposit no additional outlets for mobile devices no place to hang your clothes up not very friendly atmosphere.
