Located on 63 acres of beautiful rolling hills, this home is perfect for large groups. One side of the home can be locked off to create 2 beds and 2 baths on each side if you'd like some privacy or opened up, everyone can be together in a 4 bedroom, 4 bath stylish home. THIS listing is for both sides!! You’ll have TWO kitchens and TWO living rooms, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, along with a picturesque backyard featuring the most amazing sunset you’ve ever seen. You will find that your guests will not want to leave the property and might instead order in and light a fire to have s'mores. We also have a Pac Man machine that adults and kids alike always mention how fun it was.
**Inquire for info about our event center for rent. We have a 3000 sf ultra-modern barn (with restrooms) that can also be rented separately. We have hosted events as small as a family Easter dinner, and as big as a wedding with 150 guests. We would love to host yours! People have brought in food trucks, a beer truck and had bartenders serve at our HUGE BAR inside the barn. One group hosted a wine tasting and brought in games, classic cars (there IS one on the back of the property if you can find it!). We can help with some of the details.
Units and event center are pet friendly as long as they’re not destructive :) There is a small extra fee, charged by our cleaning company for pets.
If you're looking for things to do with your family or group, we have lots of suggestions. We love Rava and Cass wineries, both of which are close by and we are also fans of Opollo for lunch. There are party buses available to pick up your group for wine tasting and you might also want to check out downtown Paso Robles or Pismo beach. Our guests love that we are close to fun things to do and we can still get Postmates delivery at Kuiper Vineyards yet it feels like you're way out in the country.
Kuiper Vineyards was at one time a well-known winery, Rio Seco, which had quite a history. A movie was filmed on the property and the owner was Hinkle, a baseball scout who discovered some major league players. Tom and his wonderful wife, Carol, and children enjoyed the property and produced some award-winning grapes for decades. In 2022, we visited Carol and did a tasting a Rio Seco after we found out the property was for sale. Weeks later, we found ourselves the proud owners of a winery and property that hopefully will be in our family for a very long time. We plan to lease out the winery to a vintner very soon. We would love to run a winery but we have our hands full with 4 girls ( plus two grown) including teenage triplets plus one. It's been fun to share our property and vision with the many visitors we have had in just a short time.
Look no further, this is the place you'll want to be and hopefully come back again and again. I promise you that we will do our best to make your trip unforgettable. Thank you for looking :)
