This beautiful single story home has interior design with a midcentury modern feel. A mix of new and vintage gives the home a relaxing atmosphere.  This amazing location is just off the prime Hwy 46 West Wine Trail, yet minutes to downtown. You will enjoy an unforgettable vacation experience in this expansive property and 3 bedroom 2 bath home with game room in garage. The floor plan allows for the bedrooms to be private while others can enjoy the sweeping views from the living area of the home or dine outside on the covered patio with BBQ & fire pit. Spend your downtime in the game room for some billiards, foosball, darts, poker or just sitting at the bar.  Swim till your hearts content or lay out in the sun. Make your day more special by ending it with a soak in the hot tub.  The house has Wi-Fi, Central heating and A/C, Smart TVs, & upscale appliances.  This home has everything you could want for a perfect wine country getaway! 

Living Space:

This home features a fully stocked kitchen.  Enjoy your meals at the dining table with seating for 6, at the counter, or outside on the covered patio. Appliances include: Refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, blender, Instant Pot, & toaster. 

This 3-bed/2 bath home is a single story with no stairs. Bedroom 1: Master Bedroom has King Bed, TV, and en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. Bedroom 2: Queen size bed. Bedroom 3: Queen size bed. The hall bath has double vanity with tub/shower.

The living room is large with 75" Smart TV, electric fireplace and views. There is a garage converted game room with a bar, pool table, foosball table, poker table and dart board.  

Outdoor Areas:

The large outdoor space (3 Acres) provides multiple areas for
relaxing, entertaining and beautiful Paso Robles hilltop views. Step through sliding doors that open out to the front patio with seating for 6 or enjoy your time in the hot tub that sits in a private nook behind the house. The swimming pool is in a private fully fenced area behind the house that is accessible through the game room french doors. The side of the home is set up for a fun game of corn hole!  There is a gas fire pit in the outdoor dining table as well as a gas grill for BBQ.

This home is NOT pet friendly. There are NO pets allowed. Guests who bring a pet will be asked to leave as well as incur a Five Hundred dollar fine.

Beautiful secluded home at the edge of Downtown

Gorgeous mid century modern ranch style home a top of hill just at the south end of downtown Paso. Quiet, clean and full of all amenities anyone would ever need. Game room and pool/spa were fantastic.

Annual friends wine weekend

This property is centrally located to downtown Paso and fabulous wineries. Sitting atop a hill, you have beautiful views of the Paso Robles hillsides and wineries. We enjoyed all the amenities of this home and had a lovely long weekend!

The whole trip, my friends were complimenting me on finding such a great place to stay. Beautiful view from the hilltop. Just a short drive to downtown Paso. The decor was beautiful, very mid-century modern. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels to use around the pool and in the bath. There were multiple televisions. The game room was awesome. The pool and sunny pool deck was nice with comfortable lounge chairs for sunning. We made good use of the hot tub which was kept at a nice and toasty 104. The kitchen was very well supplied. There was a generous supply of cutlery and glassware. There were all the pots, pans, toaster, blender you could possibly need and both a Keurig/drip coffee maker, and a nespresso machine. In addition they had supplied basics such as coffee, sugar/cream, spices, salt, pepper, oil & vinegar. Definitely will stay here again if we come back to the area.

Great place for friends and family!

Perfect location and they converted the garage into a play room - pool table, ping pong, darts, foosball, and a Texas hold em table. Too cold for the pool and hot tub, but we got in a few games of cornhole too. The kitchen was well stocked and the place was very clean. I would stay here again!

Perfect home base for Paso Robles

This is a great place to relax. The view from the living room was beautiful. The decor was chic and very mid-century, modern. The beds were comfortable. The linens were luxurious. There were multiple televisions. The bungalow format meant there was no stairs for anyone. The game room was a big hit with the kids, including ping-pong, Texas hold ‘em and pool tables and cards. It was too cold for us to take advantage of the pool, but we made good use of the hot tub, the gas grill and the ´firepit’ table. The kitchen was very well supplied. There was a generous supply of cutlery and a plethora of glassware. There were all the pots and pans you could need as a foodie and both a Keurig/drip coffee maker, and an nespresso machine. In addition they had supplied basics such as coffee, sugar/cream, spices, salt, pepper, oil & vinegar. Seriously short trip to the cute downtown and a load of nearby wineries and vineyards. We want to come back.

Wonderful Property!

This property has it all - a pool, a hot tub, a game room! Plenty of space for myself and 4 friends! Loved the outdoor table with fire pit - sat out there at night playing games and drinking wine. I would definitely rent this house again!

We often travel to the central coast and love staying in Paso Robles. This house was amazing! It's centrally located to all the shops and wineries. The house was spotless, and layout was great! We loved this home last weekend. It’s clean and spacious, fun amenities and a great view of south Paso and sunrises. The hot tub was perfect after golfing, and the modern kitchen had all of the tools we needed. We’d like to stay again next year!!

Great overlook of Paso

This mid-century modern house has a very well-stocked kitchen and my group loves to cook. We were there during one of the atmospheric rivers rainy season so we didn't get to enjoy the outside or the hot tub. But California is GREEN!

Private getaway

This home was perfect for our stay in Paso. It’s a little dated, but all the amenities made up for it! Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Bbq was clean and ready to use. The outdoor fire pit table was very nice and allowed us to enjoy the views of the valley. The garage is set up as a fun game room. Our party of 6 enjoyed our stay.

Awesome wine country getaway!

We had a great time staying at this property. The house is clean and well equipped in all areas. Lots of good cooking supplies, great outdoor areas, and a fun game room with plenty of options to keep you entertained. Location is perfect as the property is in the rolling hills and has awesome views, but it is also a short drive from downtown Paso Robles and local wineries. Check in and check out procedures were also very straightforward. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in the Paso Robles area!
