A classic grand oak welcomes you across the flagstone front patio of this home to the front sitting porch with oak barrel chairs, your first sign of the personality and charm of Western Woodland. Convenient layout with kitchen and family room suite (42" flat screen TV) featuring cowhides and other western motifs. Embrace the fabulous back patio BBQ, sit sipping wine, take in the wooded views of downtown Paso Robles. A unique, wrap around back patio with dining deck area nestled in the trees. A small artificial lawn area with picnic table expands your options. Two hall bedrooms share hall bath. The master bedroom features a king bed with stunning oak headboard, private patio access, and 42" flat screen TV. Come and delight in the privacy of this quiet cul de sac, with your own private wooded world filled with bird song and gentle breezes. Pet friendly with kennel on back patio. Off-street parking is available in the driveway and an additional single pullout.

***Five Star Coffee Program- We start your stay with a supply of coffee, filters, coffee pods, cream, and sugar for our provided drip and pod-style coffee makers onsite at every home. ***Dogs are only allowed with an additional $25/night per dog fee. Great stay in Paso Robles!
The home was exactly as described and a perfect home to stay in if you've got dogs. Everything was very clean. I loved that a pod coffee pot and coffee were provided and the home had everything in the kitchen we needed. Very comfortable beds and plenty of space. We enjoyed beautiful sunrises and loved the many deer we passed daily on the street leading up to the house. Rustic and quiet!

Western Woodland - Awesome Stay
Peaceful location in a quiet cul de sac. Clean and well stocked. The bedrooms were all comfortable. Loved the deer that wondered the property and through the neighborhood. Property manager was very helpful when we could not get into the house with the provided passcode for the door. Easy arrival and departure processes. Great house !!

Wonderful Western Woodland!
The professionalism from Paso Robles Vacation Rental made this the best VRBO experience. Everything was clean and ample amounts of towels and toiletries. Very organized kitchen. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet and the house has spectacular views off the backyard. Check in and out was very easy. Highly recommend. I would stay here again.

Loved this property - great location high up - every early evening and morning at dawn - lots of deer grazing very close. Backyard was all fenced and great for viewing and our happy hours. Kitchen had everything we needed and rooms were nice and cozy. Very quiet area.

This property was better than the pictures. It had all the kitchen utensils you would need to cook, although there were so many wonderful restaurants in Paso we only made one meal while we were there. The house was the perfect size for us and another couple. It was within walking distance to town and just a short drive to the wineries we visited. I would definitely recommend. The property manager was very responsive when we asked for a couple extra blankets.

Thank you for the great stay. We stayed with two other couples and we all enjoyed the VRBO. It was clean and accommodated us all very well. The backyard was great to sit out and enjoy before we had dinner. The coffee and creamer was well supplied and the kitchen amenities was supplied very well, better than most. We had cooked dinner for six and there was enough cookware for us to use. I would come back and stay.

Was good. Were a little disappointed that my whole family couldn’t spend a little time out on the back deck. And very upsetting that the grounds crew showed up and started blowing leaves and dirt before we were even out of there. Dirt and debris all over our cars. Also my wife has asthma very bad so the dust was not good for her lungs.

Overall the property was great! The only complaint/ suggestion was the master bathroom shower? It took over 8 minutes for the hot water to cycle and the shower head should be replaced with an option more convenient for the user! Low flow shower heads are something that need to be reevaluated given the water being wasted to get the hot water to cycle! You fix that problem and we will be back!
