Whispering Oaks Cottage: Hot Tub Game Room Pets OK

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. This two bedroom, 1.5 bath home, with the bedrooms upstairs, features a hot tub, a game room and is pet friendly. This is a brand new listing and we look forward to welcoming our first guests. Guests will enjoy the rural natural setting, star gazing and hiking trails right off the property. We are less than six miles north of downtown Paso Robles, just a 10 minute drive.

This home features two bedrooms, both with king beds plus one full bathroom upstairs between the bedrooms and a half bath downstairs. Garage has been converted to a game room with a pool table, poker table and a work station complete with a monitor and a printer. There is a BBQ, outdoor sectional and hot tub just outside the game room, under the breezeway. The backyard features a fenced yard and lawn, another seating area with a propane fire pit and an outdoor dining table.

The entire home is for guest use. The owners live part time in another home on this large property.

We give you your privacy but are available if you need us.

San Paso is the rural country area between Paso Robles and San Miguel and is located less than six miles north of Paso Robles just off Highway 101. It's all wineries, country roads, oak trees, deer and wide open spaces. A perfect place to relax and get away from the hectic city life, but also just a short 10-15 min car, Uber or wine tour bus ride from downtown Paso Robles and all the westside wineries.

You will need a car, as this rural property is about 10 minutes by car north of Paso Robles, on the west side of Hwy 101.

There is another home on the property, about 100 feet away, and the owners live there part time.

Great place to stay, close to downtown.
It was a nice place to stay, felt like you where in the country. Close to downtown and the wineries, about 50mins from the dunes. Had a couple things happen but the property manager took care of our concerns right away.

Great location close to top notch wineries
Secluded, yet close enough to venture to town or lesser known (but high end) wineries. Hot tub and game room were well appointed. Relaxing space for a small family. Would recommend especially to frequent visitors to paso or for those with nice pets. Fenced yard a real plus and kitchen had decent cookery for meals in.
