The room and bathroom were clean. The bed was comfortable. The window had big wooden blinds, which did not entirely block light from outside. The staff was friendly and the check-in process was fast. I would definitely stay here again. No frills but a good, clean place to sleep.

Perfect stay. Quiet area and very quiet in the rooms. This hotel reminded me of hotels precovid. It was clean, everything was in working order. My only complain is the outlets in the room. They were in awkward places and there werent a lot of them. We broke our phone cord because the bed slid constabtly across the floor. Just sitting down normally on the bed, it would slide across the floor.

The stay was excellent, but the accommodations were basic. They had the standard hotel type living arrangements, but nothing more to offer. So if you want to just sleep somewhere and be entwined with tv and no options for breakfast, this is the place for you.

Very nice no- frills hotel
Minimalist design showed off the modern, clean white rooms. We are senior citizens and were a little taken aback by no elevators; but we were there only for a two night stay, so our luggage was no problem taking up and down the stairs. Location was centrally located to several family events we attended in the area. The hotel was quiet and staff was friendly. No complaints!

Property is located in a quiet warehouse district. Check-in was easy. Room and bed were comfortable. No blackout curtain, only a mini blind, so the room was very bright from the outdoor security lights. No convenient outlets for charging or plugging in devices at the desk area. Since there is no carpet in the hotel to help absorb noise you hear every guest room door slam shut throughout the night. There are signs posted everywhere about not talking in the hallway or letting your door slam, so noise is definitely an issue if you are a light sleeper. There was no bath soap in our room, which we didn't discover until too late to do anything about it. I assume it is normally provided. Shampoo comes in a "single-serve condiment" type of packaging that we had to tear open with our teeth. I knew going in that this was a no-frills hotel. I would probably stay here again since it is near family but I would come more prepared. The charge for a one-night stay was quite a bit more than my last stay in the area at a full-service hotel with included breakfast.

My nephew and I stayed here for 4 nights while in town for a music festival. Every employee we interacted with was extremely kind and helpful. Check in and check out were quick and easy. The surrounding area feels safe and it was really nice to have some food/coffee options available right next door. Everything was quite clean, but we did find a lot of strange hairs scattered around the room and in the bedding/towels. No signs of any sort of bugs anywhere. I really appreciate that the floors are not carpet like most hotels, it instantly made the room feel much cleaner. The small kitchen area was nice, an extra bar of hand soap for that sink would have made it even more perfect. After the first night when we went to leave for the day, the door would not lock behind us. Brought the issue up to the very kind lady at the desk who assured us there was security and immediately addressed the issue and kept us updated throughout the day. By the time we got back for the night, the door was fixed and our belongings were all exactly as we left them. I understand the hotel is very new, but that should have been something that was tested before allowing guests. The only other issue we had was the shower temperature, it was barely warm but the sink water got much warmer which seemed strange, it made for several uncomfortably cold showers. We did not bring this up to the hotel staff. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again and would feel very safe traveling solo in this area.

The room was very clean and the staff were very nice. Checkimg in and out was a breeze. Stayed on 2nd floor and there was no elevator so we had to use the stairs.

They were very friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious with a big king-sized bed and multi -channels available for viewing on the television. One minor issue was the toilet roll holder was in a place where I hit my knee on it a couple times when sitting. Still, everything else was pleasant. Easy access to Highway 70. No breakfast but McDonald's and Starbucks each about 100 meters away.
