We checked in, time to shower before sleep relapsed that hot water not working properly. Called front desk and she said someone will be right up, unfortunately after 10 mins of waiting callled again and then a technician shows up. Tries to convince me that hot water works but very low pressure, which is not practical when having a shower. They then decide to change our room to another floor. Once in the room we realize there were pants of another guest or staff in the cupboard and the end was hurriedly made up. We wasted more than an hour which we felt was not worth. I would recommended anyone checking in to enquirer the room they are getting has proper hot water pressure. Best to check before you unpack. We are not staying there any more, the place is not good. My last review was positive but this time the experience was not pleasant at all.

Excellent choice if you cisit sri racha. Excellent staff, friendly and quick to respond. If you need to stay in Sri racha, nothing better than this property. Excellent view of the sea..very calming.

I am not happy with my Novotel hotel booking because I booked a room with private pool, which is a room located on another island 30 minutes from the main hotel. The staff asked me to pay an extra 40 $ for this transfer. Also because it wasn't refundable, the booking they offered me for junior suite was nice but not what I chose and what I paid for. I am not a happy customer.

Hotel rooms were modern, clean & great sea view. Staff were friendly & accommodating. Location was a bit far & not much amenities like shopping nearby. Overall was satisfactory.

Big spacious and clean room, comfortable for 1-2 people. The pool is small. Only for family and children. OK for 1-2 nights. There is no shopping malls nearby. But it's away from the busy Pattaya area which is good.

Friendly helpful staff — only had 1 hot shower over four days- I mentioned to staff on first day ! On departure I approached front desk for discount as hot shower I thought I’d let part of any hotel facility! they weren’t interested in any form of discount. Disappointing - also not really a beach type prospective- eg infinatey pool - out to sea - as portrayed in promotional photos….

The staff are all lovely with fluent English ability. They are very helpful. The hotel is in a very good location next to the beach and the night market.
