It's the second time i go to this hotel in Pattaya, very convenient, very close to beach road, where all the activities are found, the place is very clean, the people who work there are always with a smile and ready to help you in everything they can,very clean place, i love it,i can't say enough, but will definitely recommend it to all who want to visit that beautiful place in Thailand, Pattaya,!!

All over Thailand they want to check the room after you have checked out. Feels like you are suspected of something. If something is missing in the minibar or if you have forgotten something. Throughout Europe, your credit card is entered as security for this upon check-in A wonderful place. The above applies to the whole of Thailand Minus The sound from the AC in the room, noise.

Our stay here was good! Staff was nice, property was clean and its only a block walk down to the beach. It was about a 30 minute walk to Walking Street but there is shops all around regardless. Only about a 10 minute walk to Terminal 21 mall.

Great Hotel with Good staff and facilities. Breakfast pretty good. Room was spacious and the best shower I have ever had in Asia. My only issue was with the window in the kitchenette, there was no curtains so was very bright early on. Great Hotel to stay at in good location and would stay again

Breach of Privacy
I Would like to bring to your notice on what happened this time at your hotel , One of the evening shift staff breached the policy of trust in the hotel by disclosing the guest list to one of my visitors which ended up in a major argument and fight with my visitor . This is totally unprofessional on your team part and have stayed there many time but this is the first time one of your staff did this . As per law breach of my privacy i would have filed a case against the hotel for doing this but i would like you to take strict action on this matter, you can check your camera on 22 Jun-24 night at 8 to 10.30 pm what has happned and let me know what i am supposed to do for such actions from ur staff. So decided never ever to book at your hotel as i dont feel any more safe and the same has been communicated to all my friends who plan to visit pattaya to avoid this hotel.
