Great spot for a short night rest and place in a convenient spot. Its okay spot if you packed light but if you have a couple heavy luggages and have a room up the stairs, it is going to be leg workout.

Balcony is the Star for The Red Balcony.
The location of the Hotel is Amazing, which located few steps away from Walking Street and Balcony of my room facing Beach is breath taking. This hotel didn't have lift, i am staying @ 4th floor, its really v uncomfortable climbing stairs every time to my room is v annoying.

Hotel from hell
Pros: Good location Cons: The room is outdated, first thing you notice when you enter the room is smell of mould. Airconditioning is very loud and you can't change the temperature. Also loud noise from outside as there is a big road just next to it. Extremely rude and unhelpful staff. Killed a big cockroach in the bathroom. Can't stop thinking if this creature was running all over me during the night. Avoid.

The hotel was fine. The problem was with Hotels.com because they overcharged me. I paid 1,200 baht per night and discovered that the walk in price was 900 baht per night. Hotels.com advertises that they will save you money but that is not true

NATURE TOURS

CUSTOMER FOCUS MUST BE IMPROVED
This was my 2nd stay with this property in last 7 months time., Booked and Stayed at Suite room. The location wise perfect, Very near to beach, In and around transportation, Restaurant wise all the facilities are good. Staffs must be trained properly. I have requested for 3 hours late checkout at the time of booking itself through hotels.com. When i do the check in requested but they refused they asked me to make the payment of THB 1000 additional for 3 hours., In fact most of the rooms are empty due to lean season. Considering the request or not is there wish., But they must be polite with the guest not to be rude. They must be educated over and above communication level is too low. They asked me to check out by 1200hrs., Exactly 1200hrs checked out and waited for 3 hours at reception. They are not even ready to on the fan when i was sitting at the lobby. I have booked and paid for my Oct 19 travel for the same suite room., I realized not to worth stay at this property due to which cancelled my booking.

Great view.
Very nice hotel near walking street. I had a room with a balcony looking into the ocean. It was very nice and for me was not very loud. I would definitely stay here again.
